High point: outscoring everyone else on the team while being a dreaded Puggernaut

Low point: when the GE was so ashamed of being outscored he started spawn-nuking in Wave 7, because he knew I wouldn't be able to run there before he could reach them.

High point: him then getting executed by a Banshee, leaving me and the vorcha to clutch Wave 10.

Low point: getting gangbanged down the corridor on Glacier by two Brutes and two Ravagers.

Had some good games with EVN, JamesDonni and Oni on Platinum. Only problem was that I kept dying!!! It was hard as hell lol. Then afterwards I had some other good games with Yummy, Fire and EVN again, which was also hard for me. I'm usually better on Silver.

 

Only highlight however was that EVN kept crying for my help.... he couldn't kill anything... and he kept dying.... it was constantly OWAAAA HEEELP! So even though that Yummy and Fire saved the day, I saved EVN! And here's the proof!

Hehe - Those 25 assists rocks - and evn - yeah he wanted curry also earlier yesterday - but I had a "no health" -vorcha hunter/engineer making holes all over in the reactor hull with a particle rifle and acolyte for stripping. Vorchas are notoriously not my personal prime cut (ворка= "grumpy") so initially my vorcha hunter could only curry this


I felt ashamed of only killing 17 swarmers (5730 point) and nuking a ravager (90000 points). And donni's backpack was full of other stuff that scratched anyway. So I pugged a bit in shame while experimenting another bit. Pugs can be so forgiving - everyone runs like cockroaches so no one minds if W11 comes only at 25 min

After that I gave up on that PPR particular load and switched to the harrier with the VE- it's usually a bad weapon - but it surpisingly shined on this character -so finally some use for it. Also, the vorcha lost the acolyte in some pub, while showing it off to vorcha girls- and I discovered the joy of the submission net, to wreck havoc with collector captains on vancouver plat. Oh the joy - esp against those conniving captains...

You should've leave the bit with "And...last 20 seconds" out.

Then you could've said that you outscored evn.

 

--> That gives you millions of street credits in the whole BSN, where people are just honored to learn from the great pupil of the great sensei. Of course the rest of AHF can then have fun with evn for being outscored by the new kid on the block.

Sooner all later, some young one will beat us straight, without needing wallhaxing, 66666 glitching, or just plain modding. Superficial men comb their hair over the bald spot. The bold take it straight.

 

The BSN equivalent of weak kneed- is pulling such tricks above as a veteran, and not going vanilla in a pug. Amongst friends all types of joking is required, but not in a public.

 

I played with mexx, xan + (?) a while ago, and they were having such an detonation orgasms that I had to double check if we were not really in gold.  I had to go search each spawn point for some leftovers like a beggar. Humiliating.

 

Luckily for you there were other players in your plat  that are not as good as him, so you could also get some glimpse of how difficult it gets to achieve platinum solo's, alone.

High: Finally got N7 Destroyer, the last character for me to unlock (well, besides Battlefield 3 one which I'll never get). So I took him to a Silver match for a test run. Every recent silver match of mine had been packed with scorewhoring idiots but this time I was actually delightfully surprised. One of the randoms, N7 Demolisher, stayed for the next match which rolled Collectrolls/Ghost Hazard. The Demolisher actually stayed close and seemed to be following me and I was like "Whaat? An actual team player!" and proceeded to brofist him/her.  S/he meleed back. We chose a camping spot. The match was going well, I was enjoying myself...

 

Low: ... and then it disconnected.

High: was pugging two plats and the players were decent yet again - my faith in humanity PUGS has been restored

 

Higher: I finally have a warning point (I blame OWA and MeetYourNanny and LotR )

 

Low: I feel like I should look over my shoulder now because they are obviously watching

I unlocked and used the claymore!!!

Oh god its amazing! Oh my god its so perfect... it only has 9 shots sure but you can do so much with those 9 shots The Guardians found that out... 3 in 1 shot I love that gun so much... I used it on my infiltrator and oh my god its amazing... my new favorite gun

 

I also got killed by a Phantom!!! Sword in the stomach it was... definitely memorable

That disconnect message really bugs me, it's worded like we are to blame.

It should read....

"Mass Effect 3 has lost connection to you. Please wait while we reboot our crappy servers so that you can once again gain access to the online features of this title.
Here... have a space cookie."

It's been getting worse lately. Did they replace the hamsters with Tamagotchi or something??

Nope,  this morning Bioware got the msg that I have ascended to the mustard race...so they decided to immediately terminate the servers.

High: searched for Cerberus, got Cerberus quite fast.

Low: load up straight into a GiP, start of wave 1. Here we go!

Lower: Apparently I'm there alone. Thanks, servers! 

 

Higher: Play 2 waves alone, get someone on w3, asking them to join me in hack at the back of the Reactor, in case they don't see where it is when they load in game (sometimes actually happens).

Lower: Pug eventually joins but keeps running out every 10 seconds (not even a vanguard), so we do a dance with them leaving the circle, me following. Them coming back to the circle, me following. Not doing this alone, dude, so let's just run back and forth, shall we?

 

Lowest: I curse at this idiocy under my breath, pointing it out to hubby, too (who's playing on his computer). Then try to pronounce the next PUGs name who just joined, experiencing unexpected trouble pronouncing 'fish' in their name. (Finnish does't have that 'shh' sound naturally.)

 

Lowestest: Keep repeating 'Fis' , 'fis' ..."Fiiiis.. what thehell, why is it so difficult for me to get this name right, I just can't get the 'fish' sound right...", as I walk towards this Pug.  All the while, this person with the 'fish' in their name, just stands there and clearly stares at me even though enemies are shooting all around.  I realize that my mic is still on! Has been since I asked the first pug to join the hack!!

All I can do is say "Oh. Oops, mic still on. Hello! Umm right, not my native language."

 

Luckily, got DC'd during w6 hack.

Good games tonight. First with JamesDonni on Gold and two pugs and for the first time I came in second best on the score board, on GOLD! That's a VERY huge deal for me lol. I'm proud of myself 

 

Afterwards we both joined up with Fuen and Fire, also on Gold, I did not so good there.... hmmm..... but I was average so I'm not complaining, I'm getting better!!

 

All in all good games

Dropped into a cerberus gold match. Saw a name that I remember as "shady". I knew he's probably the host. Wasn't sure of this name so I stuck around for a while. I kept my eye on the player. As the match paused in that few secs in the switch to wave 3, he stood still. I waited. humdumdumhumbumbumlalalala. Message (plus swirling connex icon) came up that host has left the match. I usually leave in such cases because I might end up hosting which I cannot do. I looked for another match within five secs.

 

Hey presto! I dropped back into that same match! Same people and wave 3 was merrily going on and that same guy was still there, happily leading. Wow, that was some message.   rotflol.

 

I didn't stay of course. I left him to his kingdom.

This game is not worth playing when the enemies are rubberbanding and basically deleting your shields in a single frame through walls.  The third time my ops pack activated 5 seconds after I died to an enemy not even in my LOS, I'd had enough. 

 

But that was just the capstone in a series of laggy af games, so I probably would have uninstalled either way.
