High:  I'm doing an Engineer run-through of ME2 myself.  Neural shock from Mordin + SR training from the Collector vessel is beyond wonderful.

 

Low:  Why the hell doesn't the OL neural shock evo in ME3 work like the NS power in ME2?

I'm adepting, it's my favourite ME2 class.

 

I'd love the engineer + sniper combo, but I can't stand how the sniper scope interacts with powers.

 

Not a big fan of Neural Shock myself, it just has too little use on Insanity. Mordin's Cryo Blast is much better for CC with its quick cooldown.

Highlite: am 90% sure , I am going to resurrect an old gamertag..I think it's time he returned.   Trolled 3 phantoms at once with 1 proxy mine....1 would bubble, the other 2 would stagger..rinse & repeat

 

Low: I was dared to try the shuriken GI..read threads here before praising it...me, not so much..lowest scoring I have ever done with the GI that I can recall

 A day old one I forgot to mention:

 

High: Had some great themed matches with HamleticTortoise and Emexxia. Many things died quickly

 

Another high: The PUGs we picked up were always great even knowing to heavy melee celebrate between waves.

 

Yet another high; Wound up with a full BSN lobby when Andy9_*something or another* (i can't completely remember your tag sorry) joined us.

 

As usual excellent teamwork for fast and fun games

I'd love to blame the lag but there wasn't any, so my sub-Bronze-level performance was purely down to good, solid, old-fashioned scrubbiness. Fortunately, you guys/grills were great as always

High - ... had to return to some ME3mp games today and yesterday.

^^ You are talking about a hard freeze after coming across Collectors..right, Mark?  After starting my PS3 manifest...my 3rd match was against the collectors...Wave 10..double Praetorian'S......My PS3 froze..I followed thru with all the repair instructions..REALLY..3 HOURS OLD & BROKEN?  , rebuild type of instructions..It took well over 5 hours to reconstruct my brand new 5 hour old PS3....Phuk the collectors..I just paid $300 bucks for the PS3 & The Last Of Us bundle..Thank you bioware...you are seriously THE BEST, YOU CANT POSSIBLY BE BEAT IN ANY THING, EVER

High:  Got to witness all things getting roasted (but good) by our favorite resident Vorchabaiter.  PAT³lol joined my lobby for some hot action.

 

Low:  We went with blue babes and ended up facing bugs on Condor.  My AA ran out of gels by wave 10 -- bees and no CC biotics ==> dirt naps.

 

High:  Watched as PATs' Valkyrie was trying to finish off the second Wing Street pizza delivery...ended up doing a suicidal a-bombing.  Must have been out of gels too.  We wiped.  

 

Low:  Couldn't get K1LL THEM ALL into an open slot in our lobby before it filled.  PATs had to head out too.

 

High:  Finished off the night with AJ and a couple pugs.

I was responding to Catastrophy's Online Pass issue on PC, normally needing the game to be auto-repaired within Origin, which can take anything between 3 minutes and 12 hours, depending on how the Origin server hamsters are doing on the day.

 

I do sympathise with your PS3 issues (especially speaking as someone who's destroyed hardware by the truckload) but really it's Sony that's to blame for the fact that the PS3 really wasn't capable of fully running many of the games of its generation. It's really amazing that Bioware managed to get a port of ME3 onto the platform at all.

Lucky you. I've had to deal with a few 5 & 3 hours PS3 rebuilds in the past. Fortunately someone told me they could be skipped by pressing the "O" Button instead of "X" on boot up when this "PS3 is broken, again" msg pops up. Was able to skip the last 2 or 3 this way, just not sure if all of them can be skipped yet.

 

At least I had X-Box 360 main account during those lonely PS3 rebuild days. So I'm sure Marksmad was fine with his many alt accounts too.

Yeah. Those PS3 rebuilds blow. ME3 seems very crash happy too which is double shame. I've only had to reinstall ME3 once due to MP issues on PC. On Wii U, smooth sailing.

High: I woke up from an afternoon nap to find an invitation... from two BSNers who will go unnamed... let us just call them... TNS and Average GI 

 

I put on my commando leathers and grabbed some supplies and showed up to find they were waiting for me... they were both Goon adepts

 

I started blushing and getting very nervous, because not just one pair of whips... but two? Is that too much for me to handle at once? when we loaded in I accidentally asari-melee'd way too early because I was so excited 

 

In one round... we decided we'd all go down on each other fifteen times. I had to go AFK briefly afterwards because I needed to cool down  

 

those two goons detonated so many of my combos I got the biotic explosion achievement and needed to take a soothing bath afterwards 

 

Low: Geth platinum gave me an STD from ****** me too many times.

Low: meant to try out a setup on a bronze solo w/ level 1 stuff, accidentally played a gold solo instead.

 

High: made it to wave 7, not bad considering only had level 1 stuff on and the sound went out partway through wave 1.

High: revived 4 times and saved a single pug from Banshee fist midway through extraction wave, then saved him again while we were in the extraction circle with about 2 seconds to go

 

Low: being dropped into his/her lobby 3 times after I left post game while trying to find a new group to pug with, which effectively ended my night. 

 

Lower: having logged into ps3 before all of this to find the AHF chatroom completely EMPTY, so I switched to ecks bawks and then that other crap happened. Wasn't my night.

This actually happened yesterday, but the title says recent and yesterday is recent enough for me.

 

Low point: Trying to playing a Batsent Whaler off host (using Kishock Harpoon gun). Would not recommend if you're in the land of kangaroos and drop bears... it's frustrating to say in a few words.

 

High point: The match before that I received my first kick vote of the year. I'm not sure what I did, or if my alternate Council banner offended the host, but whatever, I left... unless they were saying hi, then oops? Then again, it might've been the Kishock (wise choice to kickvote me, I'm a terrible shot). The host was probably in Russia (they had Russian in their Origin ID), so it probably would've been a miserable experience anyway. Regardless, my first kick vote in ages! Yes!

 

Extra high point: Threw the towel in and took the Kishock to a couple of lolBronze Solos. Geth/Rio for maximum cheese, since the first 120k points was super painful (even on Silver), I wanted the last 80k to be smooth sailing. And wasn't it smooth sailing and whaling! I didn't know the Kishock was such a badass gun (please ignore the previous lolBronze mention). It was glorious to see toaster bodies going flying as the harpoons went from gun to toaster in a split second. None of this waiting a second or two for it to hit half a meter to the left (or right) of the enemy and then having a team mate kill them anyway! In future I'll be doing projectile weapon challenges on host, it's much more enjoyable even with the staggerlock BS the Geth employ. Yes I should have done that from the start, would've wasted less consumables and spent less creds on buying more consumables.

Highlight: Took my Wraith FQE(*) pUUGing. Host was a Paladin with CP > 200k. We drew Rio Reapers. The Paladin pulled out the Cobra on wave 9 to try to catch up on score by nuking Banshees. He failed

 

Low: The host left as fast as possible at the end of the game. That's a low, right?
