That or he's brushing off on pushing his skills to the limit once and for all. I think he really wants to leave his mark on this game & forum... as in, he seems quite dedicated.

High: Finally got a chance to play with TMB after a long time of not being able to connect to each other's host (easily over 18 months since our last game) We ran a platinum duo and I got to see first hand why he's been referred to as a legend. 
Low: Being the 'other' guy in the duo. I played like crap but T really carried me at different times.

I wouldn't call it a coindidence really, since everyone knows krogan should be pink, but no, not coordinated at all.
A coincidence with high likelihood, then. Even so, it was damn funny when we first spawned in 
I'm not sure there are many who remember it, but krogan wearing pink was a thing born during the demo days. There were a good number of us who made it a point to dress our krogan in pink; I think it caught on pretty well.
I would like to point out that my Krogan isn't pink but rather a yellowish taint of orange. Just for the sake of being a nit-pick. Krogans have to be shiny in any case.
If any of you have read "all you need is kill" (the novel that "Edge of Tomorrow" is based on) you know that being brightly colored on the battlefield is just a curtesy to your comrades. You are trying to get the enemy to kill you first. Very Krogan thing to do.

Well, you know me, I was probably off scorehoaring and nuking spawns like I always do and didn't notice

Ultimate low: Okay. One haxxer managed to break the game for me - I was playing Asari Justicar with Hornet + Power amp, Firebase White, U,G. We ended up getting Cerberus and I noticed only around wave 4 that something was up. My reave was very effectice. Way more than usual. Then I noticed that the host - (Screenshot function messed up, so no way to report him, couldnt remember the name) was killing lots of stuff very quickly with a katana.
Then I realized I wasn't taking any damage either. One Pug kept dying (however that works) so I didn't notice it earlier.
Worst of all - I stuck it out, didn't want to waste my equiment and thought about just cashing in those 60k creds, leaving the game and reporting the sucker.
BUT --> instead of 60k creds, I ended up with about 115 Mill creds. Which I hate, since it ruins all my hard-earned progress so far, robbing me of my sense of accomplishment.

^ Low: I have run into the same host a couple of days ago (you mention him in the thread you created), luckily once I realized my Tempest was taking down a Brute in half a magazine, I ran... wish I had mentioned this low earlier, it might have helped you 
High: managed to make targets switch without using a missile! Got a BW killshot on both a bomber and the target Prime and presto! easy time for everyone didn't even know it was possible.
Hilarious high: found out that Vorcha over cover grab does not, in fact, defuse an abomination... 
I reflexively pulled the trigger on a possessed one of all things, and had time to wonder if Bioware had actually standardized the grab result irrespective of animation... turns out they didn't. I couldn't stop laughing while gelling up

Low: Having opened a lobby, U/U/Silver (Carrying Noobs is occasionally fun) - 5 people joined, all with higher N7 Rating/Challenge Rating than me. Being a good host, I readied up as soon as the first one joined.
They all waited, sat around, and finally left the lobby without ever readying. Had to join another game, rubberband lag.

Why, and more importantly how would you macro that anyways? (Im using Autohotkey for a couple of things, but I'm a total noob at it).

If you have a Logitech mouse, in their newest mouse software suite you can assign keyboard macros to mouse buttons. I have the middle scrollwheel click function set to be an autorepeat Spacebar macro that ticks every 0.375 seconds, or thereabouts.
There is a similar feature of Microsoft keyboards, but when I attempted that, it didn't work with ME3MP but it did work with Cookie Clicker.
That said, I was attempting to use it from a non-standard key. Perhaps setting it from a standard key would have recognized?
Anyway, once you get it working, you pick up the pizza, run normally, then click your macro button half a second later, at which time you can let go of the Spacebar. Plot your path carefully because you will have an extremely high propensity to stick to all of the things.
