Had a great Giant/Cerberus/Gold pug match.

 

Low: Phantom back stabbed me while i was running to the LZ

High: Everyone stayed for one more match

High: Landing in a pug modded Gold lobby on one of the unfinished maps on husk mode. 

 

Higher: Coincidentally had the Venom

 

Low-ish: Host left after wave 3 so I became host and it switched back to normal Reapers, but we stayed on the modded map. Could've used those husks points but it was great fun nonetheless.

Both a high point and a low point simultaneously tonight.

 

Having pretty exclusively played in PUGs and felt like I had no idea what was going on, tonight was the first night I played and I felt like at least half of the rest of them had no idea what was going on. But me? I had it together. I focused on the missions and I did not camp in the LZ.

 

Yeah, it was on Bronze. But it felt nice. Also kind of terrible, but nice.

These are from, like, a week ago but whatever.

 

High: all Asari, no weapons(*) game with Brannigan, ctc, and Drake. We ended up with Collectors on Vancouver. Other than the Praetorians with their annoying cheat bubbles, the game was smooth. And, we finished in like 22 minutes which is a respectable time!

 

(*) We equipped Acolytes for the +power/+melee attachments, and so we wouldn't shoot by mistake.

 

High: all N7 Fury, no weapons game on Glacier vs. Cerberus. Aside from the pesky Guardians, this was also very smooth. I think we finished in just over 20 minutes!

 

Low: nobody wanted to do the all Volus, melee only game.

LOW: DID A GAME ON CONDOR WHERE ONE PUG STAYED AT THE BOTTOM OF MAP FOR THE LAST FEW WAVES! NO MOVING OR HELPING FOR GOOD WHILE! LEECHING!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!

 

HIGH: GOT FED UP THAT WE LED BANSHEES AND BRUTES RIGHT TO THEM! SYNC-KILL! YES!! TAKE THAT LEECHER!!! WE RUN AWAY AND LAUGH LOUD ENOUGH FOR TURIANS ON PALAVEN TO HEAR!!! PUG HAD A BUDDY THAT TRIED TO SAVE THEM AND THEY GOT SYNC-KILLED TOO!! TWO BIRDS WITH ONE STONE BANSHEE!!

High: So I played in a couple of silver maches with a BSNer - Cryos_Feron - for the first time. He pwned everything but I did get a few headshots in with the ol' Arc Pistol.

 

Low: I'm pretty sure I hit a single Cannibal with Dark Channel, Warp, heavy melee, and about 20 arc pistol shots and he still took me out. Good thing I didn't play on Bronze.

Low: I must have spend at least 20 seconds trying to hit a turret with the crusader only for a phantom to sneak up behind me before I could finish the job.....

 

High: Probably completing my first gold solo on PC in reasonable time (for me).

thanks,   but this is what happens when you mix experience with the best equipment.

Because I was lying to myself:  I used the Predator Pistol in first match because it was silver,

but I still euipped high-end consumables.

 

Saikyo_McRyu on the other hand did really great.

Low: Had time for one game last night before bed, ran a quick pUUG with QMR, (who was beastly as always). Rolled Geth London, and apparently after 2 weeks off, GethfuckingLondon is not the place to knock the rust off. QMR got the 10 revives medal, pretty sure 12 of those were me. I think I invented ways to die last night. I'm gonna blame it on the fact that I'm terrible the fact it was Geth London.

Highlight: Completed Specter Mastery this time round by blowing up an A-Bomb.

 

Low point: The A-Bomb blew me up too

 

Bonus highlight: Goddess. Collectors. Drone escort. I'm holding my cobra launcher because m_th_rf_ck_ng Praetorians, we finish the escort just as a pair of the gits arrive at the drone zone. So I nuke 'em. As I do so, a Possessed A-Bomb runs in between them. Kablooie! It should have counted as a killstreak: I downed 2 Praetorians, 1 A-Bomb, 3 squadmates, and - obviously - myself

High point: was able to extract London/Reapers/Gold with a HM Vanguard (Leader changed lobby to Gold and only had time to equip consumables) which had 0 points in fitness and no health bonus equipped (I am still not comfortable with Gold, I play silver 99% of the time so this felt really good, I expected myself to be a burden going down every round 10 times)

 

Low point: Reactor/Collectors/Silver, wave 10, upload in reactor (the hardest one for me), one teammate didn't help with the objective, other didn't revive himself, I got insta'd by a Possessed Praetorian. Fatality.

High: 3-man Platinum game on Vancouver vs. Geth. We got Devices twice and Hack once in the covered building near the LZ and somehow managed to survive thanks to copious equipment use. I ended the game with nothing left. (OK, I burned the last few Thermal Clips just to zero them out.)

 

Low: motherfrakking Platinum Geth Primes with their cheap-a$$ pets can go die in a fire explosion.

Thanks mark, I sort of stopped playing regularly there for a while but was always reminded of how good it was whenever I managed to get on, so decided to start up again (on PC).

Being seemingly the only quarian in all of a London that I can only assume was recent victim its own Robo-Rebellion, I spent most of that game uneasily looking over my shoulder.

The fact that I got a 10 revives medal in a game with 3 toaster teammates astounds even myself, but one will resort to desperate measures when the carrot of getting rid of some of the goddamn geth prime aggro from across the map is held in front of them.

I hate when quarian duos fail because the buckles on the suit get caught and won't come apart. Or you are low on antihistimines and don't have access to a clean room.
