A few months ago, Gaider mentioned how a scene was changed because females peers considered it uncomfortable. That scene ended up being a scene for the original plan for "Champions of the Just".
Gaider here goes into the details:

Being able to win the battle, and turn to Haven only for it to be an illusion does sound like a better concept them what we originally got (in my opinion). I never liked Champions that much, because from the second Envy traps you, you know you're in an illusion, and it's all a matter of getting out. It's not a real mind game that the story seems to want, and instead is more straight forward.
Now about the uncomfortable part, I can get the writer cutting it out if it wasn't intentional, but other then that, I'd only cut it out if the player couldn't have any romantic feelings with the real Leli (even if it went nowhere). The reason why is because I see a scene like that is suppose to discomfort. You ended up having sex with someone who isn't who you thought, and they took advantage of it. Thus the player can feel just as guilty about being used, or allowing their feelings to get the better of them. Especially if it's for a character they want to romance, who they might want to confess to, that doesn't have the same feelings. It's an element that could add more character to the Inquis if the Inquis could express their guilt and shame over it.
However, if the player is suppose to be fully aware, and just taking advantage of it, then yeah, that's creepy. But then again, Game of Thrones goes into that territory all the time. I guess it's an example of DA not wanting to be too dark anymore. But again, if that's not the direction that writer was going, they could've just not give an option to take advantage and just have the Inquis come to realization by default.
