I believe BioWare has a habbit of shutting down pre-release forums on release day. If that happens, probably.

They only thing that makes me think they won't is the fact that there are forums for other released Bioware games here, too. They could be planing on merging them at a later date - I kind of hope they do, it's a bit confusing to have two different official forums to check for information.
