The game has been out for almost two months and it is awesome. Whilst I eagerly await dlc I went back i was trying to guess as to what more they could do with the current setting. Bioware has there own plans, (no duh), and i shan't speculate on that, want it o be a surprise, but i was thinking if Bioware has plans enough to get to Dragon Age 5 where could they go from here? That brings us to this topic, all speculation to be sure but still my fellow fans and lore readers, where do we see this going? I emphasise on WHERE we see this going and not where we want it to go, lets have some fun here and not dwell on complaints against the series (we have other more appropriate threads for that).
Before we get into specifics lets just focus on the basics. Where will DA:4 be set and what would be a fitting name?
My speculation: They said we were going north so that gives me two ideas.
Idea 1) Dragon Age: The Fall
I will be vague as to not spoil anything but it is implied at the end that there is something brewing with the Wardens in the north. This game would be set in the Anderfels exploring this idea; probably not another blight so soon after the Fifth but maybe something else, more intelligent Darkspawns perhaps?
Idea 2) Dragon Age: Imperium
With the rise of Venatori and the return of one of the Ancient Magisters I can forsee this inciting some interesting things in the Tevinter Imperium, even more so with the interest in Elven ruins and such with the site of Arlathan being in the Imperium. I don't think we'll see the Qunari invasion, that would be a big event that would take up a whole game if it were to be done any real justice. So what would happen in the Imperium, civil unrest, major shake-ups in the Magisterium as they but heads over the events in the south and threat of the Qun perhaps? Maybe we'll see the story of the Elder One causing discontent between the people and the Imperial Chantry or some new plot by the Venatori.
Those are two off the top of my head, anyone else with ideas they won't to share i'd very much like to hear them.
