Yep, Maul and Sword up on XB1

Bugged giant on my first run, we're off to a promising start.

I've got the basic one only, and thought that was bad enough. I had no idea there were poor saps even worse off.

I have 2 unique 20% flanking damage, a 5% attack and 5% stagger. That is it for rings, aside from all the ability rings which are mostly all useless. My weapon luck has been ok but it's feast or famish. I am overloaded with unique daggers and not much else.

So, just finished both challenges...

Did Sword run with Lego. Got Rebound Dagger.

Did Maul run with Reaver. Got Sundering. Which would have been nice if it wasn't Sundering I used to do it in the first place. Also, the weapon I received did 10 less damage.

So that's the 'kill 100 enemies with Rampage & Dragon-Rage a Maul' done 

 

I must say, the Maul is not an elegant weapon.

It might pack a punch, but it's slow and hard to target accurately.

 

Back to (Great)Swords and (Great)Axes for me, for warrior classes.

 

for a really brutal weekend challenge, how about:

• Destroy 100 clay pots with a Maul
• Kill 10 Golden Nugs with a Maul

I've gotten exactly 2 uniques from chests and no rings except the one's that don't work.  In the past WEEK AND A HALF OF PLAYING.

Don't y'all tell me about bad RNG.

I'll got for "it's RNG" as your statement is too broad...

 

Taking literally what you said I could understand it as you played 2 Routines games a day and key glitched half the time over the last week and a half. Not mentioning all the small chests you got under your hands didn't feel fulfilling because we all know medium and big chests are better .

 

As I said, too broad a definition, especially when you want to be taken seriously when arguing...

Waste of 45 minutes. Couple of rare weapons that don't stack up to anything I already have. Bunch of potions, salvage. As I said before, we need some premium chests. Guaranteed high level ultra rares. Meh.

Haven't completed the challenge yet... But the first large chest I bought today I got an item lvl 54 Assassin's Mantle (Dawn)...  Ranged Def 12%...  Armor Rating... A big whopping... 0!!!!  Definitely a major wtf.  Had to quit playing for the day, but from the 2 matches I've played I'm almost there, like 25 more kills and it's done.

I've yet to get anything worth a damn from these event chests. Prestige bumps are nice though. Honestly instead of garbage chests I'd rather earn unique portrait / banner / title.

I'm pretty sure that there's some kind of increased odds of good stuff in the commendation chests. I guess I could be super-lucky, but I unlocked two level 21 Rares, and a level 22 Rare in my two chests this weekend.

I have heard several people say that having enough people with high prestige may result in higher level items, though it hasn't been confirmed.  Only coincidental evidence thus far.
