So I had posted that I just got two of these rings and would see how they stack, if at all, once I got the ability. This is an edit of that post.

 

The default duration is 10 seconds. Upon equipping one, the displayed duration (in the ability tree) changes to 13 seconds. Upon equipping the second, it remains at 13 seconds.

 

Upon using the ability, whether wearing one or two rings, the actual duration is 7 seconds. So they do not stack, and they actually work backwards.

 

Because I only have these two rings and a ring of bleeding, I cannot remove both rings, and I am nerfed indefinitely.

doesnt matter once you get barrier ring. honestly the useful ability rings are few and far between. usually better off with crit chance or something
