Can anyone help me on where Thane's son is located on the Citadel, please?

IIRC you need to take Thane with you and then talk to the C-Sec officer (Bailey) just after walking through the door where after the alarms go off and the turian tells you that your dead and to have Bailey reinstate you in their system. He'll send you to the middle man that was dealing between the client and Thane's son.

Be aware that this quest is a little buggy. Some of the scripted stuff can glitch and cause you to fail it prematurely. You might need to restart it.
