I love Dagna and the fact that she's gotten some recognition by enlisting into the Inquisition. When I went to Val Royeaux, I was hoping to see Sandal. His prophecy in Dragon Age 2 came to light in Inquisition. I was also hoping to interact more with Connor and his Orlesian momma in Redcliffe. I was also hoping to see Shale, too. Maybe Shale found a way to reverse the spell with Wynne's help.
Where is Sandal?

I mean, in DA2 they even said they'd been invited to the Orlesian Court. It was that comment that started the speculation that DAI (DA3 as we called it at the time) would be in Orlais.
