I don't understand, is your wife a jealous violent child who can't understand the distinction between fiction and reality or?

OH MAKER! EXACTLY!!! I would just have to play the game when my wife is clearly asleep. Video game fantasy or not, I'd be talkin' soprano if she caught me. You know... I'm just wanting to be like Charle Sheen in Thedas.

I'm sure your wife loves you enough to understand your curiosity. In fact, I bet she'd be open to it! You should talk to her about it! Live that dream, dude!

You can always play two PTs with the same character side by side with two different romances and headcanon that it's one and an accepted poly situation

. not that I did this with my male dwarf and Cass and Dorian or anything whistles innocently and runs away from the wrath of killabee.

All I'm going to say is Leliana, Isabella and Me. I'm cool with that. Just saying. Romancing two at the same time and getting them into my suite at Skyhold. Boom-chicka-wow-wow. Now that would be freaking awesome. In real life, I'd probably put a gun in my mouth once those two started fighting.

How many people exactly? :bandit:

I know you can sleep with Iron Bull and break it right after, same with Dorian. I think Blackwall locks pretty early.

Oh, right. I'm really not a fan of the idea of two-timing any of them, really.

Cassandra and Dorian in particular, with their squishy soft centers.

When a PC of mine romances, they romance exclusively.

That is cool too. My very first run through Origins, I couldn't choose between Morrigan and Leliana. They even had the option, "Why can't I have the both of you?" Morrigan rejected it, but Leliana and Isabella... in Denerim... took a tour of Isabella's boat. Zevran wanted in on the action too. I told him, "Nah. You keep Wynne company and try not to catch any diseases."

My wonderful wife is perfection. I don't even know why I started this thread.

Still... cool, right?

You can trigger most all the romances in one PT if you're very careful. source: my monster Lavellan who left a trail of broken hearts and gonna end up getting dumped by Solas because, karma.

I didn't go all the way to the BW sex scene tho, just dumped him after he cried on her about how unworthy he was and she agreed, because that would be a pain in the ass. Bet you could do it tho. I don't think you can dump Cullen after his sex scene, but you can after he gives you his only possession in the world!

But that isn't being poly, just being a monster. Fun though! I encourage it.

It sounds like you're less looking for an actual poly romance and more "why can't I have a hot threesome".

Perfection gets boring after a while... dunnit ;)

You need a nasty girl. Or two from the sounds of it.

It's possible to romance both Cullen and Solas at the same time.  It's a bug I unintentionally encountered on my most recent playthrough, and decided to roll with it until the end of the game out of curiosity (and amusement).  I'll repost the explanation I made on the Solas thread.

My Lavellan kissed Solas in the Fade, and then immediately after when she woke up she agreed with Solas that it was best to remain friends by hitting the broken heart icon.  Despite this, Solas acknowledged the kiss after his personal quest on the balcony.  I thought, "Oh well why the hell not?", and had my Lavellan kiss him after he brought it up again.  The romance flag didn't actually lock her into it, however, and Solas will continue to call her Lethallan and Friend; neither will Sera, Vivienne, or the gossipers acknowledge their romance.  I was then free to pursue the Cullen romance, because I assumed what happened must have been a fluke.  I just headcanoned that they decided it couldn't work out and it was some time later (after Cullen's personal quest, Perseverance, in fact) that I initiated the Cullen romance.  Cullen's romance will lock in, and be acknowledged in his dialogue and outside gossip.

At the Winter Palace, Lavellan can request a dance from both Cullen and Solas, but it will be Cullen who will pursue her on the balcony to dance.

The end, after the Temple of Mythal, was when things became interesting.  Solas's romance scene does trigger and my Lavellan had the choice to remove her vallaslin (I decided to keep it so things wouldn't get too bizarre).  Solas's tarot card actually changed, too, despite his romance not being the active one.  The end scenes play out exactly as if she's romancing Cullen and Solas.  Here are some screenshots:

Romance. Leliana and I could go to Val Royeaux for shoe-shopping and Isabella can get us around in her ship. We would all be very happy... until the first fight or I ****** one of them off and then I go missing.

Unless you've got two dragonskins enchanted with grandmaster cleansing runes, I would not advise you dip in that sloots korcari wilds...

Even then, it's dubious, lol. Isabella has an actual itch named after her. Canon.

also what the heck guys. Poly relationships are not two timing. it's the exact opposite: ones full of communication and acceptance that the relationship is not monogamous. I mean dislike it all you want but start from facts lmao.

Oh, I think my horizons were just broadened...

You do that so often, Veeia.
