Weird things tonight.
I promoted my AW and my ranking didn't go up. (442, still 442 after promoting). I am 100% positive.
Also, no one in our team can see the medals on the score screen. Can Bioware please take a look?

prolly just server lag or something.
I constantly see medals from previous games.
I'll have been playing my katari and then switch to my necro, at the end of the next game I'll see great axe kills next to staff kills....
I have been having the same problems. It rarely happened before, but I have seen this issue much more often today.

Promoting classes is for scrubs. I know this because Boatzu promotes a lot, and he's a scrub, therefore promoting is for scrubs.

I say they should reverse the effects of promotions. Each promotion is a -1 from a particular stat. 100+ mage promotion blokes would be like my idols!

I should just throw it out there: Try promoting another class... maybe a Warrior. Playing with your Arcane Warrior too much will make you go blind, you know...

It was definitely functional after the weekend event started for me. Haven't played on the 17th though, so maybe it's messed up now.

I had something similar during the week, played a match with the reaver. We cleared the round and gained lvl 20. Than it said failed to initiate with server, when you go back to lobby after the map ending. (did not get the gold). I couldn't promote the character for like 1 day and it suddenly went back to lvl 19 where I could gain the level again and promote him.
Yesterday while I was working on my Weekend Challenges I noticed that my Prestige points went up on the corner of my screen, but not on the Leaderboards. I've been stuck on 336 while I constantly see my friends moving up (mostly likely doing Promotions, because everyone is done with their Weekend Challenges by now).
So I ended up having this desynchronized Prestige:
Huh. I hadn't noticed, but I just went back and checked a scoreboard screenshot I took tonight (yeah, yeah, I know...) and, sure enough, no medals on anyone.
Wee!
I did a couple of promotions on XB1 this evening.
Prestige clicked up by 1 correctly each time.
