can anyone tell me how to get my party to fallow me ?

First make sure the AI is on (small button beside the Neverwinter menu button). If they still don't follow, press V for the voice menu, and pick the one that says "Follow me".

That usually happens when I command "Stand your ground" and then I forgot to change command. You could command "attack nearest", it would be just as effective solution.
