I've been told that using more lubricant helps. Try that when you are fantasizing. Lotion should help with the calluses and restore sensitivity when you land a real lover.

On a mildly serious note, the perpetuation of the myth that there is a narrow definition of a "normal" libido, or that sexual dysfunction afflicts a significant number of women, is the primary source of a lot people's misguided belief that there is something wrong with them. It's all wrapped up in pharmaceuticals, but I shouldn't go there.
