Which DAK choices actually MATTER?

I've played the game through to completion twice now and am in the middle of a third. Last night I spent two hours creating a new world state in anticipation of my fourth playthrough. And as I went through all the little nitpicky chocies (Did I help establish a Chantry in Orzammar? Did I recruit the Dog? Did I kill some generic Templar in Kirkwall?), I began to wonder:

Has anyone created an authoritative list of which choices matter?

That is, which choices actually influence NPC presence or absence, companion relationships, quest availability, dialogue options or even names on buildings?

I was surprised to find out, for example, that whether I killed or spared the Architect in Awakenings seemed to have no bearing on darkspawn behavior or prevalence -- or on anything at all.

I don't necessarily need to know what effect each of my world state choices has -- surprises are nice. But it would be nice to know which category each choice falls into: "affects main story," "affects side quests," "affects dialogue," "cosmetic effect" or "no effect."

That way, next time I create a world state, I can skip the "no effect" questions and maybe cut it down from two hours to 90 minutes.

As far as I can tell, these are the only choices in the Keep that are directly acknowledged in DA:I (but please correct me if I'm missing anything):

-Your Warden's origin/gender

*Your Hawke's class, gender, and personality

-Who you romanced (DA:O and DA2)

**Whether or not your Warden did the Dark Ritual

-Whether or not you went through the Eluvian with Morrigan

*Who rules Ferelden

-Who rules Orzammar

**Whether Alistair and Loghain are dead or alive (and, if Alistair is alive, whether he remained a Warden)

-Whether you killed Leliana, Zevran, Anders, Fenris, or Merrill (even though it didn't stick in Leliana's case)

-Whether or not you gave Isabela to the Arishok

-What happened to Bethany and Carver

*Whether or not Connor is alive

-Whether you sided with the mages or the templars in DA2

-Whether or not you let Varric keep the red lyrium shard

* denotes a choice that determines whether or not a certain character appears in your DA:I playthrough, even though it doesn't make a significant difference to the story

** denotes a choice that significantly alters a particular quest or storyline

Everything else on that list just leads to a slightly different line of dialogue, codex entry, or War Table option, except for the mage/templar choice, which determines Varric's approval of certain choices in DA:I. The other options in the Keep seem to be there for three basic reasons:

1. To make a given world state feel more like your Warden/Hawke's story

2. To keep Bioware's options open in case they want to reference another choice in future games or DLC

3. To avoid spoiling the plot of DA:I by making it clear exactly which choices would be referenced

I don't think anyone can answer this, even Bioware, because what may not matter in DA:I may matter in future titles. As such, you need to treat them all as important.

I got a feeling some of the choices that were not mention or consequences shown will affect dlc or future games.
