None of them are meaningful in DAI.  It doesn't matter which you pick, the game plays and people react to you exactly the same way.

For extremely narrow definition of "exactly the same way", maybe. "In the end the big bad dies and credits roll, it's always exactly the same!"

Romance Sera, drink from the well, don't agree with her assessment of the situation afterwards.

Let me know if she reacts exactly the same way as she does if you make different choices.

I think that is a big problem because people tend to eventually trash everything they get their hands on, and I say this as a person who sometimes destroy the ashes for powerz.  And just look at what people did and still sort of do to ancient tombs et al. People raided them for gold and artifacts, stole bones to sell and grind into powders. Some of the Egyptian royals still can't be found. There are probably some ancient Egyptian royal's bones sitting in some rich guy's basement right now because of that.  So yeah, never thought it was a brilliant idea and sure enough look what happens anyway. A dragon kills a bunch of people and destroys the ashes anyway. And if the Dragon didn't do it then the explosion in DA3 did it because the Divine thought it was a good idea to have a conclave there.

Besides, I'm with Ryzaki on stealing those ashes. I wouldn't have listened to that Guardian or Genitivi. I would've taken that whole urn. If they turned out to be fake, oh well. I would laugh about it and keep moving. Taegan takes over for Eamon anyway and Anora still would have needed to be rescued from the castle, and would have sent her servant out for help.

Of course no one does anything about those elves, they're elves. Since when has anyone cared about them in DA? And Leliana is cold-hearted anyway, she just wants/pretends to be a good person. But she is very religious so I can see her picking her battles.

Yes, I think she has convenient morality

The point is that these are 'kick the puppy'-evil acts. They are stupid because you can't really rationalize you getting away with them, without putting your fingers in your ears and shouting plot-armor!
Half the people you travel with should report or kill you and the other half should realize being around you is a danger to themselves.

You really can?

And the other half wouldn't. You think Alistair is going to bother reporting? (Not to mention who the hell would he report it to? The guard? With what evidence? Reporting the warden would pretty much deliver them on a platter to Loghain).

Sten? He doesn't care.

Oghren? Same.

Wynne dies at the Ashes same as Leliana.

Zevran? Lol no.

Dog? Pfft.

Shale? No.

Morrigan encourages you to destroy the damn thing for powerzzzzz.

There's about 2 people in the group that would bother reporting and both can be killed there. That's nowhere near half.

Also why would poisoning the ashes and killing Gentivi to keep the location mean you're a danger to them? They're not offering to tell everyone where the ashes are.

Edit: Forgot about Morrigan but yeah. Obviously she doesn't give a damn bit either.

Ok riddle me this, i just did Vivs quest to cure he sugar daddy but gave her the false heart  which killed  the dood. When she asked me why, i said because she lied to me, her answer was forthright and to the point "you bastard i hate you",  then she goes on to reward me for being said bastard and carried on as per normal. :)

Morality, who needs it.

also, you need to have +- approval for additional quests bit weird if you wanna play hardcore Evil.

that means people not like you=low approval=no quests so basically being forced to play "nice".

just like giving candy to children for good behavior.

ain't it just funny to kill solas demon, for kicks.

or let Lianna kill the priest for trying to be rightness.

that's the whole point of being Evil, Twist the good into evil actions.

Only good moment Bioware ever made was in SW-TOR when you play a sith warrior trying to recruit Jaesa Willsaam by Lightside, those Jedi's going even into dark side trying to fight you.

I prefer Dark Side Jeassa, but both are very well done. Sith Inquisitor LS is very amusing, in a bunny ears lawyer kind of way, while DS Inquisitor is black comedy given flesh, with a side order of manipulative, power hungry and well written.

I only leveled to around level 40, on a Dark Side Sitt Inquisitor. Then I quit. Found it to be very lackluster, unfortunately, but I will say class missions were great. Just couldn't be arsed for the grind between each. If only it had be a singleplayer game...
