Spoilers below for those that have not done the Grey Warden quest yet: 

 

If you are a Alistair or Loghain Grey Warden fan, then forget the following.  But otherwise, quick question Bioware:  In the quest where you have to choose between Hawke and a Warden, why was the warden not one of the Hawke siblings (if they had become Grey Wardens)? 

 

I mean, it would make sense that Hawke would seek to protect his little sister/brother and try to help them deal with the issue of the Wardens.  Plus I feel that choice would have been more impactful and ultimately a lot bittersweet.   

 

I just feel that Stroud didn't need to be in there.  Even if you didn't want to do the Hawke sibling route, I still would have preferred to see Oghren or Sigrun or Velanna or any of the other possible wardens out there. 

 

Just a thought.

I thought about the same thing. Given the world states, it would have a priority like Sibling Warden, Alistair/Loghain, then Stroud. That would be some deep stuff to pick between a bro and sis.
