So, she was loyal to me in ME2 and i've gave her acess to the resources she asked and i've read the e-mail about Kai-LAME too.

 

But she died, right now!

 

Like, what the fuc? Why? In the wiki it says that she was supposed to live if those conditions were OK. 

 

I'm not ultra mad because i think it is nice to lose some characters in the end to add some spice to the game (i'm playing ME3 for the fourth time anyway) and she is not one of my favorite characters anyway, but iirc she always end up alive in the end of Horizon on my old playthroughs  .

 

Is this a bug?

You need to warn her in the Spectre office. She appears there as a hologram

Warn her at the Spectre terminal. BW made you jump through a few hoops to rescue and recruit her.

 

To me, that says something about how they viewed her character and her final fate. 

 

At least, that's where the conspiracy theory for me (and regards to ME3) goes.

And you don't really even get to recruit her.  At least there is a bug to get around the romance thing, which was supposed to be a deal breaker apparently.

Did Shepard romance Miranda in ME2, but leave her for another LI in ME3?

 

If there is a romance triangle that Miranda emerges the loser from, she ends up dead at the hands of Kai Leng.

Miranda can die depending on what the player does in the game

 

Don't give her access to Alliance intel

 

Don't tell her about Kai Leng

 

Break off the romance

 

If her loyalty mission wasn't done in ME2. In an ME3 default playthrough, she will always die

 

Even if everything is done and she's loyal in ME3, she still can die on Horizon depending on the dialogue chosen by Shepard and if the renegade interrupt was ignored. If this happens, she doesn't tell you about the tracer planted on Kai Leng since she dies very quickly
