Turian clerk: Buttmad at his inability to perform soldier tasks and being disowned by his military family for being so wuss. Takes out frustration on quarians because of resulting inferiority complex.
Also, due to questionable clerical skills as a result of low intelligence, is the primary reason why N7 Special Ops air support in ME3MP never has time for aerial bombardment; they never receive weapons shipments on time.
