Yes, Dean, yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I suppose I should clarify before any fangasm rains down on me-

Ex-Tevinter Templar.

Edit: And I'd like to note in retrospect, I could have made a very dirty joke off of that response. You owe me one, El.

Speaking of templars. If by chance we get to Tevinter in one of the following games and the templar is still a possible specialization for warriors. Then we totally need to have a choice in a cutscene solely for the templar specced warrior to take a tevinter mage by surprise and knock them down before they can even do anything.

Like the war table mission, just visualized.

how does saying "fangasm rains down on me" count as "could have made"

I think if we go to Tevinter Templar is out as a spec and Blood Mage would be in. Imagine the dialogue perks with Blood Magic. Reminds of Force Persuade from the KotOR days.

Instead of fighting gang of NPCs in your way it's plays out like

"Hey you. You want to jump into that chasm over there."

I want to see a Qunari city. Mainly the architecture and those gorgeous women. 'Woof.'

That would be awful. Finally a good setting where I could imagine the PC taking the templar training (assuming we can play a former tevinter slave or sorporati) and you want it removed?

I don't know. I dig the idea of the Tevinter Templars as artificers and alchemists- using tech and tools instead of lyrium. Because it doesn't cancel magic it's not seen as threatening, but it allows for an effective professional force rather than mobbing abominations with thugs.

And I'm not just saying this because I have visions of a medievel SWAT team in my head.

I want to see a conflict between the Tevinters and the Qunari... whilst you're part of a third party who is dislikes both or is caught in the cross-fire (the Fog Warriors of Seheron maybe? or the Rivaini)

I really want to go to Rivain... it seems like such a melting pot of cultures (Andrastrians, Qunari, pantheists, pirates) and so there's lots of potential for uplifting demonstrations of different kinds of people existing harmoniously and/ or interesting struggles. In terms of events... I want to see the Allsmeet (when seers, leaders of local villages, go to the capitol to pledge loyalty to the Queen and general diplomacy/ business deals occur and also there's kind of a party, the way it's described it sounds a bit like Glastonbury-- it's referenced in The World of Thedas).

I don't want it removed. I just don't think it makes sense. Templars up north don't use lyrium.

All the more reason to have it around so that the party doesn't get shitstomped by mages every fight.

Fair enough. Just figured if Blood Mage was axed for the Orlais game (and Templar got the spot light) that the reverse would be true for the Tevinter game.

Assuming future DA games have NPCs acting as trainers for the PC like in DA3, could always have a southern templar be the trainer who has snuck his way up to tevinter.

I am with you that blood magic should return if the game is in Tevinter.

The Juggernaut Golems guarding the gates of Minrathous better be impressive, if we ever see them. I hope they don't have faces either. I can't like most of the golems because they have stone faces and tiny helmets and heads, while Caridin and the Steel Golems don't have this problem and thus look awesome.

Although we ourselves have done it plenty of times, but a dragon extermination. An entire camp of various soldiers and would-be slayers seeking to drive out the beast.

  • A Grey Warden's Calling.
  • A Darkspawn's Awakening (unlikely).

I'd love to witness a siege and storm a castle alongside an army, like in the prologue of TW2.

I'd love to be in a sitting of the Magisterium and watch them debate

Meeting a demon who manifests itself as a dragon in the Fade. We've had plenty of powerful beasts in DA, but where are the creatures whose intelligence compliments their strength? Like so.

That would be an awesome DLC. We are invited to attend the tourney, it's in Markham in the Free Marches I believe this year, Vivienne mentions it, and we uncover some kind of evil conspiracy. We'll be able to meet different peoples and different style of fighters and maybe even recruit some for the Inquisition. We could appoint a champion to represent us or man up and fight ourselves. It'll be legendary.

P.S. Extra points for bringing Blackwall/Rainer.

Mages are disqualified though. Only tourney mages can fight in are in Tevinter... as gladiators. Sucks balls.

I would like to play a prequel related to either the first blight or the creation of the chantry.

Big turnout this year, all the Marcher leaders are there. Using it as a pretext to all meet up and plan an invasion of Nevarra after Markus dies =D
If not, then I hope we see the Marcher Equivilent of a Landsmeet as well.
But yeah the Grand Tourney would be awesome. Ooo with horses in the game now we can have a few bouts of jousting
