There is a group of mages at the entrance of skyhold (in the arc that leads to the exit bridge) when you first get there and it seems that one woman mage is talking to the group, except I'm not hearing anything, is this a bug or it's suppose to be this way? Seems odd.

That's just movements to make people think that the random npc's around Skyhold are actually doing something rather than sitting around as decorations.

Oh I see. They are posed as if they are in for a lecture, so I thought that there is some banter, similar to what you have with random people who are paired and have a dialogue. Thanks!
