I don't why they didn't just leave our armor on, everyone else at skyhold pretty much wears their standard Armor..

Well, the companions don't wear their armour in Skyhold.

When have you ever seen Sera wearing plaideweave outside of Skyhold and the area you first meet her?

LOL Kitsune/Cherry....

Your biggest issue is, "How do I get nude with Corypheus?" ;)

Psh, only female characters?  If we're going to discuss this then I demand equal representation.

I don't know why though.  Neither sex organ is particularly nice to look at, in my opinion.

Lets the moobs bounce.

I thought DA2 did pretty well with the unclothed bodies. In fact, I'm actually missing fem Hawke's more robust form compared to fem Inquisitor, whom I find to be too thin (even as human). The DA2 male long pants were silly, as was the lack of body variation, but we had to deal with that in DAO as well, so I was used to it.

Yeah, femHawke was definitely more muscular, and...well.

I don't miss the smallclothes either, but yeah It is indeed sooo "nude" (as in colors) I wonder why they didn't added at least some color on it, or some detail to make it at least somewhat more interesting to the eye (then again you are forced to run around as a padded couch most of the game and dye your crafted items in colors and patterns that make me wish I was color blind)

They probably didn't add color because they wanted to keep it as neutral as possible. I would like Inquisition colors of black/gray/red/white, but other people may not like those, or might want something that is more coordinated with their IQs looks or personality rather than the Inquisition. You can't please everyone in this scenario, so they went with the most boring option possible. That said, I would have preferred a gray instead of khaki as the neutral color. And those oddly colored boots are annoying.

I wouldn't mind if we were able to customize our outfit using the same interface we use to customize Skyhold. Allow us to pick a cloth, leather, and metal that we have in our crafting materials. That would have been super nice.

Yeah I know,  they could at least make it less uniform, like make the pants darker or something, add a simple pattern in some places in a different color value. There are ways to make something look neutral and not so bland. And the color itself is very close to skin, you are practically running around naked.

The texture on the boots makes them look plastic and toyish. I think they run out of time when it came to inquisitor and crafted outfits and just started to cut  corners, or something....or think people don't care how their characters look in game, which is kind of odd but i guess in line with western games.

The game "helpfully" gives you a basic shield if you "forget" to give Cassandra a shield, so obviously you can't remove clothing because that might have confused the player (or, I guess, the engine)

I must add that I was impressed by the range of views. We have people here who have no desire to see their character naked or anyone naked, for that matter. Then we have the cheat [with pictures!!!] that makes your character all Barbie naked-which, I am sure, flips a few switches for some of you out there. You then add a sprinkle of comments about porn, boners and the wanting to see a naked Corypheus!

What more could you ask for in a comment area?  :P

The point of my comments was that I was expecting more choices, not less. Can we have better hair? Ugly people? We, of course, need some tasteful nakedness  Plus, I have recently figured out lately, that I can't seem to really ****** anyone off-no matter how I try. Try looking into the eyes of your character.... You will understand that game seem to step back into uncanny valley with pride.

Go figure.

It is, after all, the game of the year... Though I am not sure I am happy with that idea just yet.

It would be kind of fun to run around naked in Skyhold and get reactions like you do in Skyrim when you're in your undies :3

The lack of reactions was really what made it kind of pointless. The only instance where being naked has any effect at all in the entire series is in the Temple of Sacred Ashes, where going through the flames while still wearing your armor will violate the Guardian's terms. It'd be hilarious if NPC's and even companions made remarks every now and then.

Definitely the engine. Who could possibly forget to give her a shield? She's the first character you get, and she's already wielding one when you meet her.

I really miss punching golems while wearing next to nothing (ignoring the awful underwear designs on males). And I vaguely recall being able to shoot spirit-based magic out of your hands with no staff equipped.
