I have downloaded a fix for the bug but I was wondering if there is a limit to this attribute.

 

My tank (Alistair, all about health, so I have his friendship skills unlocked and have him in Dragon Plate Armour) is wearing Reflection amulet (+15%) & Creationist's Cord (+10%) does this mean I will get a +25% heal bonus? 

I am also saving up for the Lifegiver ring which will add another +20% to healing effects.

 

45% seems like a big bonus, what is the cap?

I don't know, I have the fix as well.  Just assumed it stacked linearly, but I never bothered to test it.  I haven't really ever tried to stack too many of those items on the tank, usually I'm just looking for Spell Resist gear, or throwing on whatever random item I have laying around that my main character doesn't need.
