Re-starting the game because Ser Barris mission chain didn't appear after conscripting them, thought it wasn't available for them, turns out it was just bugged >.>

I regret opposing Corypheus.  We're going to wish we had him on our side when Solas craps the bed.

Leliana scared me with the seemingly unnecessary murder, against my orders, in her personal quest, which made me support Cassandra as divine, despite supporting the mages with an alliance.

Dude, Leliana scares everyone ... probably the devs also  :P

Its the single most consistent thing I saw in DA:I.

Conscripted mages

+

Celine reconciled with Briala and getting Floriane to surrender

+

Leliana divine

got me best epilogues

The warden choice does not seem to impact their epilogue much.

I shouldn't chose Cullen in War Table.

Damn you, Cullen, what did you mean by "my clan is done for"?

I regretted going with the mages first time around when I saw how heavily corrupted the Templars had fallen, and seeing the mages just join the imperium made me hate them more

definitely choosing the wrong option as my dalish inq during the wartable aswell caused me to restart as a human

bulls chargers or the qun dreadnought had me thinking for hours, picked the dreadnought and slightly regretted not saving the chargers, after all they were great company

A few judgment choices.

I should have simply exiled Avvar (the goat guy). Sending him to Tevinter is the option he likes the most.

Erimond? Should've left him to witness the fall of his "god" from behind jail bars. Instead, I merely killed him.

And the latest mistake, Ser Ruth. Grey Wardens generally are an arrogant and self-righteous lot. I should've done as she said and sent the message that they're not above consequences (forced labor).

But no, I just let her have a Grey Warden's favorite way to die. (Fighting darkspawn in the Deep Roads).

I regret letting Leliana kill the dude in the beginning.  Hardened Leliana just annoys me in this game.  I also regret sentencing Florianne's remains to community service.  As humorous as it was, it was very out of character for my Inquisitor.

Right?

Hardened Leliana is just a moron.

One who always has you going "No, no, no...!! **** she did it again."

I kind of regret playing as a mage first... I think it may have ruined me from warriors and rogues...

The Blackwall redemption discussion has been done to death - but I keep saying this - I hope that people who can't forgive Blackwall also executed Anders and hate Sten, Zevran and Isabella equally.

And I can't understand why people consistently throw these other characters up, as if they're somehow comparable.  FWIW, my Hawke knifed Anders in the back every single time, for mercy's sake at the least and because he was that ticked off by what Anders did, even more.  Mind you, my Hawke was an aggressive personality, and he never really got along that well with Anders.  He managed to run Isabella off, too, yay.  Too bad she got the book, though.

But Blackwall made a willful decision to murder an entire family.  For money.

He is NO Sten, who in a fit of post-traumatic stress blacked out and killed people, came to and realized what he did, and climbed willingly into a cage to starve to death for proper consequence.  And Zevran was a bought and sold commodity, a tool.  He's more comparable to the men Blackwall ordered, than to Blackwall himself.  Except Zevran was actually tortured and tormented into becoming the assassin he was by the time you meet him.

Heh, I always bring Blackwall back to Skyhold, in the end.  He's got a job in the stables, at least.  And if he manages to redeem himself by the time all's said and done, woot.  I'm not counting on it, though.

I wiped out the dalish IQ's clan by sending Leliana to deal with the Duke and killed the ancient elves in the temple by jumping into the hole. I was shocked but I don't regret these much.

What I truly regret was doing nothing and let Leliana kill the traitor back in Haven. I had to replay my completed 1st playthrough to get this right.

There's only one thing I regret from my first playthrough: letting Sera kill that noble. He may have deserved it, but I won't let Sera unleash her excessive hatred again.

lol definitely this...I was like 'Oh crap I killed my own people'. I love you Cullen and most of your table missions but remind me never to let you look after my people again.

She's just a selfish angry teenager, and her being an elf and not linking the elves is not something that will make me like her

In my first playthrough I kicked her after that mission, but now I keep her with me even if I made a deal with the noble who is very pragmatic and fair player imo.

First playthrough, I guess Leliana as Divine but i don't remember putting support in anywhere, she became Divine anyway. The rest was guess work.

Second playthrough, I switched a lot of choices and I regret setting Cole on the spirit path and befriending Solas after it.

Speaking from the perspective of Aeducan Warden. I maybe regret not doing the Dark Ritual, Alistair could still be alive today.
