So I just arrived in Empire Lion, and I'm suppose to talk to the citizen of the destroyed city and find out what's to do. There is this little chest the quest marker is leading me to, and it gives the option to research it, but I can't take it. It's not possible for me to click on it to actually do the research. Is that a bug?

You are supposed to talk to Mistress Poulin. The quest marker may be a bit off, but it is a small town so finding her shouldn't be a problem.

I talked to her and noticed the mark to be set false for the quest, but the little box is still there waiting to be examined, and it's not going to work... The woman standing in front saying how she let it drop, a curse laying next to.

Clickable items can't always be interacted with. Usually reloading/reentering the area will fix this.

Tried to, didn't work. But I gonna try the F! Thanks.

btw, How do I get to free the area from the red templars? I've cleared out the first base, but I can't find a path to reach the second. Nor most of those red lyrium questmarkers. I must be blind to not find the way?

In the first camp that you set up, to the right is a cave tunnel opening (behind the stand on the right). All you have to do is walk through it...I looked around a long time until I found that opening.  :P

I think the little box you are talking about has to do with the lady who lost a ring? I couldn't pick it up either, by clicking on it, but was able to get it to respond by hitting the F key.
