Hello all :-)
Happy Sunday or Monday to some :-)
Sorry there was no lucky person or persons:-)
Did not go see the movie :-(
They had a major problem in 3 Guys were planning a Valentine day massacre in my own town :-(
They killed one and arrested the other 2, but since the area where they arrested them was near the theatre, I decided it would be safer to skip it for this weekend:-)
They do not want to say if they were terrorist yet, but sure sounds like it :-(
Will get to see it some other time :-)
Hugs and kisses all around :-)
Glad they caught the men and you and the town are okay.

Hi all, been out and not exactly having nice times. I´m... in a hard moment right now, but is ok.
@MatrixGirl Sorry to hear about that. But i wouldnt judge so soon about the "terrorist" thing. Nowadays any bad that happens in the world is called "terrorism" and sometimes is just insane people doing ****. The other day 4 guys died here in a gunfire. People were all scared saying "Oh, terrorists" and they were "just" robbers. Idk, the world is really paranoid about this.
Btw, does anyone knows how to read the AIDA64 thing? I have a pic about my pc temperature and voltage, i just can´t read it : (

The voltage, @Peregrinus Yesterday the PC wasn´t starting again, i had the "the memory cant be read" while on internet and then a blue screen and then the PC was starting but not showing nothing on the monithor or keyboard. The started again after i clean it up a bit. Was thinking it was a voltage problem again but idk, the PSU seems to be fine. I´m so confused.

Voltage looks okay too. There must be something else going on. That particular type of error message can be so many different things.. here's something that you can reference to get an idea. http://helpdeskgeek....ld-not-be-read/

Yes! I did it yesterday, was the first thing i did and no errors. Other person told me that that can be cause by malware so i used Malwarebytes and i found 140! corrupt files! LOL. Then EsetNod32, like 20 more. Idk if that was the problem tho.

Thankfully this is very much sounding like a software problem instead of hardware but problems like this are pretty hard to diagnose. One thing you could do is, turn off your pc and make sure your cables are all plugged in snug and video card/memory seated properly.

Shait. Why is this so hard! T_T But as you said looks more like a software thingy going on. I´ll check that. Maybe some plug or wire is in a bad position, idk.
Was uninstalling Esetnod cause was using so much resources. Why is that program so creepy? That robot staring at you, like saying "I´m watching you". Creepy damn thing.

antivirus ?
I use AVG antivirus, the free one. You really shouldn't need more then that especially on Windows 8.

Yeah, is an antivirus, has a really complicated interface and good results, but is a resource killer. I´m goin to download AVG now that you say it. Yeah, Windows 8 already has a lot of defensive stuff. I had a Java pending update. Maybe...? No, i won´t get more conclusions, i´m already pretty much confused about my pc behav

Windows 8 or any version of Windows need an anti virus :-)
But I would use MSE that is the one that comes with Windows
If you do not have it MSE is much better than AVG :-)
MSE stands for Microsoft Security Essential, it is free , it does not eat lots of memory and it is fast and probably the top Anti Virus out there :-)
You can get it on the Microsoft web page :-)
AVG is real bad and gives lots of false positive, and is a memory hog :-)
Make sure you uninstall AVG before installing MSE :-)

I've not actually seen it use that much unless you are scanning. it uses less then Origin in idle. lol
As for false positives, I really haven't seen any issue with that either. Bad personal experience with AVG?

If you do a search on Google on the top 5 anti virus programs, you will find AVG way at the bottom :-)
MSE ranks 1 or 2 on most reviews :-)
AVG used to be good, now it is like DAI it is broken and has lots of issues:-)
MSE foot print is so small and ranks all the way up there, much better than AVG :-)
Yes had issues a few years ago with AVG and went to MSE and what a difference :-)
Much better coded and more efficient:-)

Guess I'm gonna have to take a look at MSE on Windows 10 then. Been using Norton Antivirus for years. It's certainly not the best, but performance friendly and...quiet. I remeber Kaspersky AV years ago and this thing was not only very abusive on my CPU time, but was also going on my nerves with messages and it's animated tray icon. -.-

MSE works on Windows 7 to 8.1 :-)
I did not believe it either when I checked 2 years ago for best Antivirus and was amazed how bad AVG had become :-)
Did an uninstall of AVG and installed MSE and I is super fast and runs well with Windows since Microsoft wrote the program:-)
It is ranked number 1 or 2 :-)
