A piece of software that is written well can make a tremendous difference. Not just with system drivers but with any other piece of software. I actually use Dragon naturally speaking software and every update has brought improvements. But unfortunately the opposite is true and rather frequent with graphics drivers.

last article I saw was saying system builders will like have W10 by June/July or maybe earlier,I'll likely be a early adopter of W10 if it turns out to be duff I'll just revert to my 7 Ultimate 64 Bit

Got to remember that W7and W8 have the same kernel :-)
W8 came with a bunch of eye candies that was actually eating resources like crazy :-)
So in order to make it work better you have to download an application to make it look and work like W7 :-)

It's a voice recognition software. It's been around a really long time. I remember tinkering with it for voice control in it's beta stages 20 years ago.

It's kind of a yes and no take mantle for example some GPU's like the 7950,7970 etc saw a 20% performance boost in certain games just by switching to the new Omega Drivers,however there will always be a upper limit, browse Youtube and you will see countless video's by channels who mostly have console content claiming that DX12 will make XB1 and PS4 as fast as a PC with a i7 4770K and a GTX 980 lol.
@MatrixGirl yep, I had an opportunity to pick up DA2 for $5 , but I never did because my experience with the demo was so bad.

Those would be people like Dell and HP and other large companies who pump out millions of PC a year and they get the OEM version of it :-)

I have had no problems with Nvidia drivers, except for DA2 not even working now, but who cares it was a bad game anyway :-)
And just like DAI every updates they do they screw it up even more :-)

I have to admit that while DA2 had it's flaws I found it a fun way to pass a hour or 2 especially when you had Varric,Aveline and Isabella in your party, or the banter between Carver and Merill lol.Funny thing is after DAI I have found myself appreciating DA2 more at least from a M/KB user experience perspective.

Well, yeah, console market seem quite desperate to put in people´s mind that those boxes can be as powerfull as a PC. They are a joke. Sadly, they make the industry dance, they have so much influence thanks to money that they are only dragging the quality of games. Demn.

I'll keep it in mind but I think I'm getting allergic to these third person action oriented RPGs. I think I started feeling this way after Mass Effect 2. I was really hoping for more tactical gameplay. It also really didn't help that the game is not made for keyboard/mouse. It was just really insulting to me that they claimed this was a game made by pc gamers for pc gamers.
I like being able to swap between OTS and top down view myself. I like to watch the combat up close sometimes, but want to be able to set it up tactically too. This is why DAO was so freaking awesome...and DA2 was tolerable for 3/4 of the game... lol!

*gets drink* The next gen consoles were outdated even before they were launched but as power in them, not too bad at all but already 3 years old compared to PCs. It really is unfortunate .
Consoles are for the 12 years old who are on Twitter saying to Bioware that DAI is the best RPG they have ever played :-)
Then I asked what other RPG have you ever played, no answer of course :-)

Yeah, it's a pretty common problem they have been tackling for a long time. It's getting there though. Every update brings improvement and the algorithms are getting better. It'll get to Star Trek level eventually.
