I went full risk and pressed ESC. :D I still saw the movie. Would've been cruel for Bioware to tie this to the credits.

Speaking about credits...you should try and watch the credits in the The Witcher 2, till the end. I double-dare you, try it! :D It is freakingly long, longer than any movie I've ever seen at the cinema. It's like they show everyone who worked at the game...and when it's true they show everyone who worked at the localized version...in English. And then French. And then German. And then Japanese. And then...

Jesus, i did that. I think cause of that i´m 10 years older.

Will put those dual 980 to the test :-)
And those 8 cores to the test :-)

Just as Leonidas said in the 300

Immortals will put their name to the test :-)

Now I know DAI does not like SLI much, but can always disable SLI with one click of the mouse :-)

Yes, and only for that cutscene we need either a new game asap or a really big DLC to explain all and be satisfied.

You have to read all of the codex to understand that ending..  I thankfully read all of it in the first playthrough so I got what they were doing with that but I doubt most will even get what it's about.  That's exactly one of the big issues with DAI.. Not focused.  You shouldn't have to read the codex to understand it.

I endured it because there was no obvious savegame being created between the ending and what was surely to follow the credits: A movie, showing things to come. And what a great movie that is. THIS is how you truly raise anticipation, omg. I didn't want to risk and miss that since I was not sure it shows after skipping the credits. -.- Now I know...I could've skipped it lol.

Yep, I let the credits roll.  It was really long but I was drinking coffee and snacking at the time so I didn't mind.   :)

The best part of the Witcher series was when I purchased Witcher 2 and because I still had my saves from Witcher 1, the game asked me if I wanted to import the save.  And as you folks who have/are playing Witcher 2. The decisions you make have consequences and they don't tell you about it til later.  :)

I did it! Fen´harel and all that stuff, but still, whats happening next? Like, for example, in ME2 you knew the reapers were coming to kick everyones asses. Here is like "whats going to happen?" even if you understand whats going on.

It's a nice bonus though. I always loved the lore of DA and read everything...well...okay I hate poems lol. I always skip them. :D

Really enjoying The Witcher right now, than I have The Witcher 2 and Deus EX Human Revolution Directors cut to play :-)

After that will retry DAI might be fixed by then :-)

I purchased the big companion book for DAI might help me a bit, so I do not run around for hours trying to find stuff for people :-)

But I will need great weapons and coins to buy them and high level to take on the bad guys :-)

Is it longer than the credits for Deus Ex: Human Revolution?

That took forever too ...

If I had to guess...POTENTIAL SPOILERS!!!!!

Elven gods are returning and I bet there is not only much bad blood between them and their own kind, but also with those who came and destroyed the culture of their children, the elves. This could erupt in a major conflict, elves rising up, with the help of the recently discovered pockets of ancient elves (and maybe there are more). Tevinter, in panick that what they once destroyed comes back, could go totally mental and try unleash their own version of what they know comes closest to gods. Corphyrius can't be the only magister who survived entering the Black City.Maybe they try and CREATE more of these, by invoking the ritual again that the ancient magisters used to enter the Black City for the first time.

The things that could now happen, the potential is so big that the events in DAI could be seen as a mere foreplay, a small skirmish before something that not just potentially could set the whole continent on fire, but actually really does.

Yeah...so this is my idea about it. You need to mark the text in order to read it. :)

Out of likes again! Dafaq!

MG Give it a try, it won´t let you down as much as you think, and actually you may even end up loving the game.

Whats the companion book? Is a coleccionist thing?

One of the best things is the crafting, is easy but at the same time huge! So you will enjoy preparing your fellows for the battle.

I'm actually taking a break from DAI, and fully immersed in Darkest Dungeon. At week 28,  the graveyard is piling up.   :)

but almost all my adventurers are level 3.

Not at all. You can read all the Fen´harel stuff. Is not spoiler at all. Be careful tho, someone may spoil the **** out of you if you go more deep than that. You´ll see when you end the game. I hate spoilers so i avoid to spoil myself, don´t worry GODzi.

A bit of a misunderstanding there: The choice carried over from one game to the other - at least those from TW1 to TW1 (dunno about TW2-->TW3 for obvious reasons) - are not that grande actually. On Bioware level, unfortunately.

But...during the game...everything you do has big consequences. And since there are usually hours and hours of gameplay between your initial decision and when it plays out you cannot just reload and go back.

So that's the strenght of those games.

The book comes with a URLs and kind of like a CD key that you input so you can access the book from any of your mobile device online :-)

With a search option, so might not have to run around too much, but I feel sad for the cold and hungry people :-(

I feel I should help them, I will see when I re install the game in a few months :-)

Ugh. Time zone differences are highly annoying. I go to bed and you guys write four pages! lol!

I'm avoiding the fetch quests now and having CE for the banter means I can fast travel wherever I want instead of having to run miles to a world map r got to Skyhold to the war table. That banter bug workaround malarky was BS, right there. I will never comprehend removing the ability to talk to the party in quest, never. It makes no sense whatsoever to remove something that could have made you feel like you have proper travelling companions and friends like the first two games. Madness to cut that out.

If the DW Rogue combat wasn't so awful, we could chat to the companions in game and there was more life in the world, I wouldn't be so meh about the game. It's like they spent all their time making the world and then had nothing left to fill it up. I want to finish it, but it isn't like DAO where I stayed up late and played when I should have been doing other things and then when I did finish went out and bought it on PC so I could mod it -and stayed up late and played it when I should have been doing other things again lol! I wanted that feeling this time round as well. Instead it's a fun enough way to fill a couple of hours- and then I get bored and shut it down...

Oh and does anyone else loathe the wartable, or is this just me? It seems like such a lazy move- oh look, all this cool stuff happens off screen, here's a sword. WTF? I'm thinking we could have actually done all the WT stuff for reals and left out the rings and bottles and paper deliveries myself. It reminded me of ME3 with that BS galaxy map- I wanted to see the freaking  Elcor march you cheap b*stards not just hear about it! And ride one. I really wanted to ride an Elcor. Yes. I did, they'd be like one of the war oliphants from LOTR... anyway...

But yeah, I want to like it, if for no other reason that a dropped a bucketload of cash on this rig so I could play it, but they're making it hard. What I really wanted is DAO with modern graphics.

Anyway, check out the trailer for this game (I don't know how to embed stuff, else I would) it's a Korean game, supposed to have a SP Story mode and released to the west this year. It's so over the top it moves from ridiculous to awesome lol! Flying Sting Rays!

Agree on the WT thing. This game has a beautiful lore. So why keep that on paper only and castrating the experience? A lot of the missions in the WT sounded so cool i wanted to do it myself!

The game had some much potential to become a master piece... Bioware fucked that up. A good game tho, but what could have been...  :crying:

Oh, whats that give it to me!

The Lost Ark. :)  I discovered that a few months back. I don't think we'll ever see it get translated unfortunately. I can read some of the Korean so possibly not so bad for me but still not good for anyone else.  It certainly feels like Diablo 3 +

DW Rogue is only playable with a controller and then it is still cumbersome. I'm still not understanding why weapon swap was something they couldn't do.
