I used to have a Cagiva X Raptor 1000cc, only 1000 made worldwide. I loved it. Then I injured my back and could no longer ride a motorcycle so I sold it. *sniff*. Don't have pics of it on this pc but if you google it you'll see how freaking cool that bike was, just far too big and heavy for my messed up back. Sigh. But I still can ride my horses so YAY!

 

I can hope and dream for a western Single Player release of Lost Ark. I want those stingrays dammit!

Heard Asus was working on a Bios update for their X99 boards that might enable you run 128GB or DDR 4 8x16  though I wouldn't want to foot the bill for that I might eventually change my 4670K for a 4790K though no need anytime soon seem to have a good i5 that overclocks pretty decently.

 

Are you getting GTA V ? I have it pre ordered might be fun to form our own DA Fan Crew it'll give us all something else to do while waiting for Witcher 3

lol! Sutree, no offence taken! No, my back is 100% rooted but I get by...it messes with it to ride my horses but you know, some things make life worth living so you gotta keep doing them no matter what the cost.

 

I'm super restricted by it but I just keep the riding to my own arena and paddocks. Good thing about horses is when your back seizes and freezes while you riding, they tend to stop and wait til you can get off or keep going enough to get them back to the stable- motorbikes tend to just dump you at high speeds lol! It was an easy choice to sell that on lol!

 

I used to do actual metal weapons sword fighting back in the day, which is why I am uber picky on gaming fight mechanincs. My old (now passed on to my utter dismay) horse I'd trained to do pell work with sword and lance as well. He was AWESOME and died six weeks after I was injured. 2009 was a crappy year in may ways!

No much into GTA games :-(

I will stick with 32 Gig of RAM for now, and over clocking not really required for me right now, I run super fast enough now :-)

Did put in my second GTX 980 today in SLI, now bring on any game coming for the next 3 years at least with my rig :-)

I did see it, but I am out of likes- or the likes are on the same crappy RNG as the DA:I banter lol!

 

Lippizaners are cute but those travelling shows are usually circus, not real dressage. Vienna has the real Lippis, and that isn't the same as watching a big WB do the moves- they have way more power and scope than a little Lippi! Look up Valegro- now that is modern dressage at it's best.

The Lepazoner are war horses also, they showed how a well trained rider can attack a person with their hoofs:-)

And supposedly that show came from Vienna :-)

They could have been lying to us, but it was still a nice show to watch :-)

Sorry to hear-read that, but glad you are coping well! 

 

Those animals are amazing. Look at that. They know when you are in pain and they stop and wait for you. I´m just... wow. Love them and take care of them. I know you do, i was saying that out loud for everyone, myself included. 

 

And... Sorry about that too. Bad times, you know. But you keep living, cause, as you said, life is worth it. And we have only one.

I tested DAI last week with one GTX980 everything on ultra was getting up to 95FPS

During loading screens as my SSD were loading it was going into the 350 to 400 FPS, but there is nothing much happening during loading

I have not tested it with SLI yet since I uninstalled the game after that, but will reload it in a few months from now since DAI does not like SLI

But even with Gsynch monitors, some games I Vsync so rock solid 60FPS or 140FPS depending how I set my monitors and card and game :-)

Well, there are a  lot of imposters doing tours- we've had them come here and they are rubbish, if you know what you're looking at. Of course the general public doesn't have a clue. If your city isn't on this list- they weren't the genuine article. The riding at the real school is sublime, the horses...meh. Lippis don't do it for me, not enough scope or power. I like good warmbloods. Like my Rupert!

 

I*'m not into cars, but bikes I loved. They depress me now since I can't ride them anymore though. It kills me to post this but this is an X-Raptor- I loved that bike... so much carbon fibre...

But cannot run DA2 even in DX9, that game just refuse to cooperate with me, but it is no big loss :-)

Lol so True my old V8 there was good for 140mph not bad considering it had a 3 speed auto 5 seats and a Huuuuge boot.
