But as I said sometimes inexpensive could also mean flimsy construction and sharp edges :-)

I really hate a cramped interior on a case. I look for space at the front of whatever mobo I am going to use. I also don't like a tight right side on a case. I like externally available 5.25 in. drive bays versus internals on any size. More choice. I don't need side windows or light shows.  I want a filter on every intake, too. I don't have that on this case and it's a pain in my fundament. There are a couple of NZXT's I like. Just never seem to get around to ordering. lol

I've seen this case close since one of my nephews built his first computer in it.  It's of excellent construction and build quality.

So, I'm thinking of having a go at Warframe has anyone here played? It's apparently solo'able, and looks awesome.

Not really my type of game but I hear from some friends that it's great and it is indeed solo'able.   It is a gorgeous looking game.

With the people in the beta right now?   doubtful.. There are only a few of us there from the "technical" group..  

 

For this particular patch, I think possibly in 1-2 months.

Well 1 to 2 months still brings us before May :-)

Because when Witcher 3 comes out in May most people will have forgotten about DAI and move on to other things :-)

Hard to believe game release in October and may work properly after 8 months :-)

It does look fun, with confirmation on the soloability of it... right, I shall download and give it a whirl.

 

I've honestly given up hop of Bioware doing anything constructive with DA:I. I'm not suffering from any of the game breaking performance issues though, so I hope they at least fix those for the unlucky ones who are. Really, I think they put out the console game they intended to, they just don't have the knowledge base required to put out pc games anymore.

 

Sadly they also don't have the gameplay design skill base they used to have- serious flaws in that, but they are, I believe intended flaws. I think it's time to let Bioware go off on their journey to console gameland. Really, I think we can all agree that they started down that path a while ago.

ME2 they never did fix the glitch that when your character is running her head is always facing to the right :-)

And ME2 came out what 4 years ago :-)

Ya know, I always wondered about that.. I thought I was losing my mind.  lol    You know what's strange though?  I don't remember it being like that on the Xbox360.  I  think that bug was particular to PC..

I was really looking forward to playing a boy elf with awesome graphics for once too, most disappointed! We should hit CDPR up to do a game based around the Elven wars in TW... now they'd give us awesome unbroken elves!

I don't think they see the elf arms as a bug.. They should but I don't think they will.

I do not have any problems with it also, but I got bored and was tired of the plastic look :-)

If and when they fix that, I will give it a try again :-)

But they will give us a chest, they had that in DAO and DA2 and The Black Emporium, they had that in DA2 :-)

And a mirror to fix maybe the plastic looks :-)

And I am quite sure that ME4 will be for consoles only :-)

Yep that bug was on the PC only they could have spent 30 minutes to fix that, because that issue is fixed in ME3 :-)

That's unfortunate. I guess I didn't think much of it since I did exactly one play through on Xbox360, and one play through on PC.. That's how unexcited I was by it..  I think I must have played Mass Effect at least 8-9 times just on PC.

@LunaFancy. I'm glad you and your horses are OK. I hope there are none of those people who think they have a house that will stand a Cat5 storm.  I'm from Louisiana and believe me, there is no such house. Not if it's in the wrong place at the wrong time.

 

@MatrixGirl. IKR. I checked on 120's but 240's are a better buy.

Because the head doofus started out doing console games ... Sonic & Jade Empire for sure.

 

He was brought on board Dragon Age: Origins to help with the console port of that.

 

He ingratiated himself with EA and has been aiding and abetting the "consolization" of BW's product ever since.

 

No accident that DA:O and ME were PC games that got ported to console and (near?) everything done since has been a console game ported to PC.
