I think I might end up playing Skyrim again .. 

 

This is on AMD Kaveri A8-7600 with it's R7 APU.

That's using the software thing that Intel has released :-)?

lol ,  no.  I don't have anything Intel at my place.  The last time I tried to run Skyrim on a Intel laptop,  I think I got about 15 fps max. It had Intel HD 3000.

The least amount of fans = less noise

The thicker = more cooling

The bigger the fan = less RPM and more quiet and efficient:-)

60mm thick with 4 fans it is then    as you say girth is important

I did like Skyrim, but after doing most of the map it kind of feels a bit empty:-)

Now not saying it was a boring game, but I do not know , it is like something is missing and I cannot put my finger on it :-)

Maybe too much DAI type game, great graphics amazing UI, not much voice over :-)

And you seem to be receptive to them, makes me feel like I am building your machine :-)

Since mine is already built and there is not much more I can throw at it, I enjoy giving you suggestions and opinions:-)

Cannot find something that will make my fans spin for more than 20 seconds :-)

And that is in my girl cave at 24C ASUS cards amazing cooling must be all that weight 2KG of heatsinks on each cards :-)

well Star Citizen,Elite Dangerous and Witcher 3 at 2650x1440P as high as I can crank it probably Very High/Ultra will be keeping an eye out for both the next Elder Scrolls game and also Unreal Tournament, might pick up the next AC game I heard it's to be set in London,Playing AC Unity Co-Op missions is quite fun slaughtering Templars together would make a very unique date wouldn't it .

 

I'll keep an eye out for anything else that'll stretch our beast machines legs a little

I tried running DA2 it just will not work on my machine :-)

Lots of texture issues even in DX9 but I think that is a driver issue and the game was a real bad port :-)

Skyrim do not know if I want to replay that just yet :-)

I guess I will stick with The Witcher for now :-)

It sure should hoping to have my 2560x1440 monitor on or just after its release and not forgetting Grand Theft Auto 5 for PC from what I hear the romp scenes will be raunchier than Witcher 2.

Nvidia just released a new driver a week or so ago claiming it is optimized for DAI :-)

Maybe after the Beta 5 the game runs better, not that I had any issues with DAI beside the obvious keyboard and mouse issue :-)

In the Nvidia driver release prior to that one they were all saying DAI stutters, not our issue :-)

depends on if they'll support it at launch. otherwise it'be either M/KB or gamepad
