Yeah, that was really strange.  I have mine set to private.  I wasn't aware there was a invisible mode.  :)

Finally figured out how to hack in ME2. Thanks for the help, Bioware. I swear these guys are trying to get on my bad side.  I usually don't even have a bad side. Having to create one from scratch since the old one is too much of a stinking monster.

WASD and space, stay away from the red code and get yourself a hacking module, gives you more time :-)

Playing ME3 right now was on top of the Citadel with Garus and let him win in the shooting :-)

I play such a nice girl :-)

Why not something like this for PC gaming on the couch?

onlive-couch-gaming-019.jpg

I use one of those 'stable table' lap table thingies, works well. As a semi reformed Console Peasant I refuse to give up the 42 "plasma. Refuse! lol!

Now that me custom elf character need has been fulfilled (thanks agin for the elf-pimp Peregrinus!)I have to get back to TW today, not more Skyrim, so I can in in the TW3 enthusiasm lol!

I think the keyboard/mouse is very intimidating to the folks on consoles.

Eh, maybe not intimidating so much as confusing the first time. It was for me when I went from DAO on PS3 to the PC version. We won't discuss how long it took me to discover the zoom out and the utter and complete joy of invisible dungeon ceilings (ah what a gift from the gods that is to a directionally challenged individual like myself).

But once you get the hang of fiddling with the binds, it's all good. That being said, imo WASD only is a crime against humanity. lol! Click to move games (with zoom goddammit) are my #1 preference, but if you only give me a choice between WASD and controller, I'm picking up the controller every time.

Mind you, I played all the ME games WASD and haven't gone so far as sorting out the programming that would allow my F710 to remap just about any game to controller on the WASD games, so I'm not all that stubborn about it. But if the choice is there, it's easy. I'm  playing Skyrim on a controller, but what I've played of TW to date is on kb/m and it's fine.

Speaking of Skyrim (again lol), what's the best  combat mod? Not too keen on the vanilla combat really.

I agree :-)

I will choose WASD any day of the week before a controller :-)

But that is my taste and opinion :-)

Probably this..but it does make the game pretty tough.  http://www.nexusmods...im/mods/56147/?

I basically grew up with WASD + mouse, however, them newfangled controller + joystick controls are a headache to me. especially with shooters. *shutters*

---edit
the only thing those console controllers are good for are fighting games (like, um... street fighter, mortal combat, dynasty/samurai warriors... loved those last two) and flight sims, nothing else.

Poor Wash, how I mourned thee. :(  Never quite forgiven that death, myself, I wish for digital plastic dinos for my console in ED just about every time I play.

That episode where the fed is on board and holds River hostage and Mal comes in and just headshots him? Greatest TV moment ever lol!

I decided on Advanced Kill Moves (because...well because more kill moves will always be better lol!) And Combat Master for the Skyrim mods. Will see how it goes later.

as for firefly, loved that series. as for the best moments in tv history, I don't think I can pick just one... the entire series is kind of like that for me.

the killmoves mod, is it dance of death perchance?

I've swapped to my laptop now, so can't  check the name but pretty sure it was just called Advanced Kill Moves. :) Just gives you more kill moves in general, so they say. Sounds good to me since I  quite like the kill move animations I've seen so far and more the merrier when it comes to such things is my motto.

if you're into kill-moves and you're not currently using dance of death, you should check it out, I highly recommend it.

tried to link it, though my browser kept freezing and crashing.

Thanks! When I get back on the gaming PC I'll download it. Of course none of this is helping with my resolution to finish TW 1& 2 in time  for TW3... lol!
