I cannot believe the stuff I am reading on your link :-)

There a funny one;

I am a PC gamer but the game will look better on an Xbox1 :-)

Buddy if you got a PC and games look better on a console, might as well not say you are a PC gamer because your machine is 10 years old :-)

@MatrixGirl  My point in linking that article was that frostbite 3 engine is not very optimized even for a game it was designed to run. To get 60 fps, it has to run 720p on Xbox one and 900p on PS4.

Yes I get that point :-)

But I also read the comments people are leaving and some of them are real funny :-

Maybe it is my warped sense of humour:-)

Howdy!  Is that still a word?  "Howdy"?  Hola, Senorita!  Hallo, Fraulein!  Привет , мисс!  Eh. 'Howdy' it is.

Not to worry I played DAI for 7 hours and did not have a single glitch :-)

Seven whole ones?  As in seven sets of sixty minutes? I can manage four on a good day.  Guess it pays to be pretty or sum'fin'.

But it only took me seven hours of saying : a This game is boring as hell, and yes it has no appeal to it :-)

Well, it has some appeal. There are moments. The problem is that it's like eating a cardboard sundae.  The ice cream is good but the filler is kinda bland.

Yes superb graphics, plastic looking characters that looks like they covered themselves from head to toe in baby oil :-)

Hey!  There's nothing wrong with being covered head-to-toe in...!  uh...  *cough*...  Look!  A UFO!

I agree we already had Skyrim, it was nice looking but also was an ok game, but finished that one and enjoyed it :-)

I tried it.  Chopping wood and scraping leather loses it's appeal rather quickly for me, I'm afraid.  Turning dragons into Macho Man is amusing for seven seconds or so, though.

But for me DAI cost me nothing, I had the deluxe edition, sent it back to Amazon and got my 94.00 dollars back, but it is still on my Origin account, hence I got DAI for free and can download it anytime I want for free :-)

I'm pissed because it was a gift and the only reason I'm replaying it at all is because I wanna justify the cost somehow.  I'm funny that way.  I do the same thing if a movie's bad or someone forces me to sit through some dreck Whedon wrote.  If I like them enough I'll do it. Won't like it, but I'll do it.

I fit love all the ME series even ME3 because I did understand the ending, ok the main character had to die and yes the silly kid explained it to me :-)

I'm a fan of ME.  Hate Tali, though.  Really, really hate her.  Don't care if it makes me unpopular.

But to remove the bad taste of DAI I am playing The Witcher and Deus EX Buman Revolution directors Cut :-)

I'm playing FarCry 3 and Unreal Tourney.  Always fun trying to find new ways to shiv pirates or robots or robot pirates.

Will I reload DAI the chances are zero to none, but you never know, sine I have athe Witcher 3 on pre order :-)

I've preordered it for my wife as an anniversary presie.  It was all she wanted.  I am a very lucky man.

I played through DA:I about 7 times, 7 full playthroughs, mainly because I paid $70 for it, and I wanted my moneys worth, I stopped when matrix made me realize for the most part I don't enjoy playing inquisition, well in it's current form. so thanx again Matrixgirl ;)

What did you post?

Got banned for spamming.

Ran out of "likes" and used a copy/paste of the message you get when you've run out of "likes" to quote/reply my "likes" instead.

What really pissed me off was I got in about a dozen "likes" first thing in the morning, then I couldn't "like" for about an hour, then I was able to "like" four whole posts, then I couldn't "like" any more.

... and I also posted that would keep doing it until I was able to "like" again.

So they slapped a second "warning point" on me, deleted all my "spam", and banned me for 24 hours.

Now from one minute to the next I'm either totally ambivalent or REALLY pissed off about it.

That's probably what got you the ban.  You should have just done it without saying that.  :)

@Invisible man  I too want to get my money's worth out of this game but I don't think I have the endurance for 7 complete playthroughs. I've actually been playing a whole ton of Grim Dawn.  What a fun game it is, and so damn stable for a beta. I've put a good 6-7 hours into it so far and I'm still on the first act.

Jaysus! I haven't even finished it once lol! Three separate inquisitors and nope, just can't be arsed. My time is worth way more than the $90 I paid and I've already wasted too much of it on the snorefest that is DA:I  :P

I'm working on TW now since I want to be a part of the TW3 excitement, since the DA:I excitement I signed on for was not quite what I expected lol!

Also, Skyrim with a nice elf is rather enthralling. And since my old laptop wouldn't run the necessary mods, the purchase of a new rig just to play a 'great looking elf' has finally been justified. By an old game. With mods to turn hideous elves into enchanting ones. As opposed to a brand new AAA game whose devs actually promised 'great looking elves' and actually delivered broken stick insects.

Yeah.

at least I'm wise, or I hope so in my advanced age. and not simply old & bitter, or perhaps I'm just a wise***? I'd be fine with that.

lol   I think you simply lose tolerance for the crap faster as you get older.  I wouldn't really call it bitter, just more realistic about things.
