Tell me about it!
Not to mention it had 30 fking ability slots!!! Then it got patched quickly to 50!!! (I had 1 whole bar full of different types of crafted arrows lol)
But what do we get from EA? "8 slots as a limitation is for tactical depth"
Ooooooooooook.... anyway, moving on.
Oh another track (also my fav - on par with end of time):
Hell I still remember just sitting back in the midst of gameplay, just absorbing this track.
Still remember AJ said on his blog, 2014 was a year of disappointment for him. For me though, just depends on where you look. If you follow after just the AAA titles, sure, but the indie scene is really shining, just don't expect fancy marketing, no, the money goes into the GAME.
Yeah, that particular piece is really haunting but ethereal sounding. It fit really well into the game.

Unfortunately, DAI "tactical" content so shallow that I agree: 8 slots more than enough.
My favorite song from Divinity.

=)))))))))
Now, I do love what I've actually heard of DAI's music but generally it either cuts out or is stuttering so bad I can't tell what I'm hearing. Between the sound effects, battle effects, music and ambient going in and out.. it's just frustrating.
My 2h warrior has no taunt abilities, and to have whirlwind, I also lose grappling chain. You have to sacrifice essential skills just to add more. So instead you just end up button mashing - oh, a rage demon, I have winter spells, wait, 8 slots full -.- Nevermind, button mash! Tactical depth my fking ass.
Peregrinus, great track! Reminds me listening to that track while distracting an NPC with one character and stealing his stuff with another lol...
Sh-t... man, stealth mechanics and LOS in DOS... action and consequence as well, a real RPG. Larian has EA beat in so many aspects it's quite frankly embarrassing for the "industry leader"

Very embarrassing for the "industry leader" considering how many people at Larian it took to make DOS.. I think their entire studio is comprised of about 50 people.

The consequences in DOS weren't as good as those in Witcher 2 but great for replayability. Witcher 2 had those consequences that you didn't see til much later and you struggled to figure out where that save was so you could change it. lol
Aye, and not to mention even after crafting such a masterpiece Swen could even sh-t on his own fking game with its flaws even after critical acclaim. Flaws that I didn't even notice thanks to the excellent gameplay.
Instead we have EA purchasing critical acclaim and then defending and justifying their own poor design decisions that make no sense, BS, and lies.
It's like night and day really. Slapping "Bioware" on their titles just adds further insult to injury, not to mention EA insulting us personally! It's a joke, that's all it is, a good laugh. Cost me grief for 2 months and $90 gone including part of my leave time that I planned for DAI alone... but in hindsight, a good laugh.

Ya, he's even very funny on the "about us" page . Here's an excerpt.
It seems we’re good at what we do, as we win all kinds of awards with these games. We’re pretty happy about that so we listed them on this page.
But we want more. Our evil master plan is to make the “Very Big RPG That Will Dwarf Them All”. We’re working on it. You can help us by buying our games here.
I can't wait to see what the Very Big RPG is!

TW2 is a good game, however I guess I'm not really into the lore or the world. Gerald is pretty cool though, in fact, inspired me to use these mods for Skyrim:

With the demise of BiowEAre now confirmed is should be no surprise that they are all from indie developers with the possible exception of TW3.
Is CDPR still considered an indie?

No, it was when ML came in and stabbed Brent Knowles in the back. ![]()

The Division looks interesting, plot sounds a lot like D.J. Molles "The Remaining" series of books.
