as for my sugar overdose, I just know I'm going to pay for that, think they'll take a check that says 1 week on it?

I'm going to wait for the tools to evolve a bit first, before jumping into the DAI mod installing, and managing.

I would recommend not drinking energy drinks at this point.

Allan Schumacher is getting involved in the PC Master Thread. I think it's commendable that he's doing that, but I'm still not buying anything unless it's in the bargain bin. The damage to the company's reputation is too great for me to change my mind or spending habits. However, we might have a working game on the PC before long.

Thank you Ashen. You helped me realize my first creative endeavor. Thank you for making this group. This is one of those groups that can become a guild in its own right.

I haven't started DA:I in 3 weeks.
Don't want to play it "as is" any more and I'm not taking any chances with their so-called patches atm.
The Darkest Dungeon early access opened last night on Steam.
I'll be busy at that for a while.

You know what else I noticed from Allan Schumaker, a new subforum specifically targeting lore for ME and DA. I thought that was pretty cool. Also, do you know how high I still am for completing a short story? Do you? I'm happy. I spend too much time hiding in the house and not doing anything creative.

Hmmm... hope Allan isn't doing this alone though. I'll have to get back to Dragon Age eventually to see how things are changing if they are with "Bioware", for now Shadowrun has stolen my attention.

Right. I started Shadowrun Returns and Wasteland 2. So far, WL2 feels 'okay'. It feels exactly the same way as Starcraft 2, but without the incredible cutscenes. Yo, SC2 has some great visuals. Anyway, I can't zoom in close enough to see the characters real well and there isn't much incentive to thoroughly search the map. That's my impression so far. Shadowrun Returns is old school RPG. Haven't immersed myself in it yet.

If you guys are up for some group steam nights I'm down. Trine? Magicka? Anything else good we could play w/ like 4 players?

I'm not so keen on multiplayer games, only played two last year: MechWarrior Online (been a Founder since 2012) and Titanfall. If there is a title I consider playing in 2015 it'll be Dreadnaught:
But I wish you fun. ![]()

I've seen around 4 of them around. Allan is the most active. BWAmelia was back again for a bit there.

the only online game I've played fairly recently was GW2. though it's been a few months, like 2 iirc.
Same here. I played GW2 a few months back and now it's uninstalled. I play Torchlight 2 with mods, Divinity Original Sin, and Shadowrun mostly right now on steam. I'm almost near the end for DAI I believe. I missed a lot of banter.
It really is unfortunate DAI has so much filler because the game does have some good stuff but they simply don't show up for first 60% of the game.

I've been playing skyrim (with 249 mods), DA:I (trying to get my moneys worth), X3, dabble with mass effect a tad (1-3)... hmm, that's about it. was playing vampire the masquerade: BL, played it a few too many times over the years, even with mods.

I've got DA:I on the back burner until further notice. I just have no interest or patience.
So instead I'm prepping myself for a complete run of Baldur's Gate 2 (I've never finished that game!) and am considering doing a Let's Play of it -- because goodness knows we need more BG2 Let's Plays...
. I'll let you folk know if that comes to fruition, if you're interested.
I'm also occupying myself with replay of The Witcher 2 in preparation for Wild Hunt, as well as Shadowrun Returns: Dragonfall, which I have absolutely fallen in love with. I love the setting, and the story is very very intriguing! I'll add my name to those in this group who highly recommend it!

You are brave if you are going to do a BG2 Let's Play.. You do know how big the game is?

Inconceivably big! The furthest I've actually gotten into it is the start of chapter 2, so I'm wondering if doing an LP will give me some sort of drive.
That said, because of its scope I probably won't have time to do it, particularly due to starting university again in...OH GOD TWO WEEKS! ![]()

I was thinking that a LP of Baldur's Gate 2 would take you 6 months or more..
I think I was nearly 200 hours in near end of Chapter 2. I haven't finished the game either. I keep trying but I lose momentum because of real life. lol
