For my fellow ED Commanders, I've been watching this VA male voice over project for a while now and it is now finished and ready to download, so I thought I'd share it with you all.

It's really great- reminds me of (going by my childhood memory that I refuse to ruin by fact checking) KIT from from Knightrider!

*squees with unusually girlish delight*

*Ahem* Anyway, looking forward to having my own Anubis ship! And if you donate $10 he'll record a few personalised lines. How cool, right?

TES games can be that long, most of my characters get to around 150+ hours, unless mods don't feel like playing well, like how it's running for me atm, the last 6 months I get a massive line of ctds after about the first 4 hours of play off a new character, and I can't figure out why... I didn't add anything to my load order, or move any mods around... didn't alter anything that I can think of. might have been that last skyrim patch though, or a cat update. too many unknowns.

I'm nearing the 700 hours with Skyrim so...that's an excepion anyway. :D

Been a beta-player in earlier Elite betas but then stopped because Shadow of Mordor and DAI set me into fantasy mode again lol. I will return though and these VO-mods are really cool and well done. So well I wouldn't mind paying for one even. But we'll see what they offer once I get back to SciFi mode. ^^

Well at least with my SciFi-sim-gear I can counter any movement to remove me from the group for my "blasphemish love for DAI, get out!".

I have a Saitek X52 Pro HOTAS setup, a headset with mic and a Track IR 4 Pro. B) I AM a pc player. *g*

I'm in a samurai mood, just had a game of M&B with the Gekokujo mod, roleplaying Himurai Battousai (Kenshin heh)

Might play abit of Shogun 2 tomorrow as well.

I think overall Shogun 2 is still the better game compared to Rome 2. While ancient rome is definitely one of my favorit eras the constant waiting for Rome 2 to get fixed has really worn me out on this game. I mean...how many patches did they release? 14? 15?

The milk was really soured so to speak. The game is gone for me. And the way people are looking forward to the next full price addon... <_<

I mean yeah, CA has a history of releasing games in a horrible state, but after Napoleon and Shogung 2 I really hoped they had changed. Both games were polished and didn't need much fixing. So of course when the second part of one of the best strategy games was announced, I pre-ordered. Idiot that I am...

TL;DR: Ich might give Shogun 2 another go, too. :)

and hello to all, hugs, kisses and flowers, as usual.

Back from a business trip.  Currently translating my short novel for posting tomorrow or Saturday, I hope.

I don't suppose that one of you guys happens to be a translator by trade (French to English) perchance?

What did I miss these last four days?

If only that helo coulda talked ...

Ernest Borgnine was a hoot.

Too bad Jan turned into an addiction prone a-hole, he had a promising career.

I read an article on that helicopter in an aviation mag once:

It would have taken two C-130's to carry all the ammo that helo supposedly fired off in one episode.

The "fake" wings they mounted to it to mount all those guns and rockets to actually improved its performance.

From Wikipedia:

The flying Airwolf helicopter was actually a Bell 222, serial number 47085, sometimes unofficially called a Bell 222A.[7] During filming of the series, the helicopter was owned by Jetcopters, Inc. of Van Nuys, California.[8] The helicopter was eventually sold after the show ended and became an ambulance helicopter in Germany, where it crashed in a thunderstorm and was destroyed on June 6, 1992, killing all three crew members.

Funny at the bottom of this page you see all the Dragon Age and ME , but do not see DAI :-)

That sure feels like someone is slightly ashamed of that game :-)

I know I would be :-)

Ashen thanks for the flowers and the hugs and kisses :-)

@GODzilla

See you could learn something from Ashen :-)

Hello Ashen! You are lucky! My best friend is living in France (he´s from Canada) and he works as a translator like me, but with english-french languages. If you want i can put you in contact with him! :)

Btw, what are you writing? I´m really curious. Can i read something? :P

Canadian and French here also :-)

But not a translator unfortunately:-)

There are too many meanings in a sentence sometime to make an accurate translation:-)

@Peregrinus

Ha, nice! He´s from Vancouver, lovely place. Now he is living in France.

And yeah, is hard to translate, i struggle sometimes with some texts, mostly the one´s using local slang. Sometimes i just "adapt" it to the spanish meaning, cause some words are untranslatable.

Btw, if you are the girl in the pic you are very pretty. No means to be disrespectful, just the true. Here, a bike flower, cause roses are red, sky is blue and bikes have flower-wheels

Why not a tatto on the toe? Put a little smiley face on it, looks funny.

And no, never tell. Is more fun to watch how men pull their brains out thinking on where that tattoo is. Then you can eat their brains.

Guys, need help. So, since i already said a million times, i have now this PC: AMD FX-6300, 4GB ram, XfX HD 7750, ASrock Motherboard, can´t remember the model. The thing is that i had to change the PSU cause the old one was crappy, so i got a Sentey Xpp 525 W. The thing is my PC works fine but is making noise like if it was a factory. Also, when i play DAI, the CPU temperature goes to 70-80. I´m kinda worried. Maybe changing the thermal paste? Or should i check something else?
