I have been unable to do any new world states in quite a while. Every time I try to log in to the keep, I have no problems with the log in screen itself, or choosing who I wish to log in as. After that, I can't get in. The screen endlessy loads. In google chrome, I get the kill pages prompt eventually, and in Firefox, I get the pop-up that there is an error in the scripting of the page. I can't be the only one with this issue.

If/when the first page finally loads, I get the exact same issue when trying to select a different world state or selecting the tapestry to edit. Endless loading screen.

I had no issues like this when I was given beta access.

I have tried clearing cache and many other things, but nothing works. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.

Are you using any plugins/extensions? Try a different network connection?

No extensions, on any browser. That was one of the first things I checked. I've tried 3 different browsers. I have the same issue on my tablet, uses Android. It just won't load. I am hardwired directly from the router on my computer, the tablet is wireless. Not sure what else to try.

I hope so as well. It's frustrating that takes close to an hour to either create a new world state or edit an existing one due to load times or errors.

One thing you may want to try is running a virus scan on your computer. Sometimes malware can slow things down, similar to what you're experiencing.

Both my computer and my tablet are clean. I have AVG and Malwarebytes both active on my computer, and the tablet is almost brand new.

I am still receiving errors. I would appreciate it if someone could direct me to a number or place I can go for further help on this issue. I can't use the Keep at all now, no matter what computer, tablet, laptop, etc I try to use from my home. I don't use any addons or extensions or scripts in any browser. I have done additional virus and malware scans, have tried both wireless and hardwired directly to the modem itself, nothing is working.

The most recent errors:

In Firefox:

MFirefox_zpsrx9rkmur.jpg

In Google Chrome:

At first I get this:

chrome1_zps0jym2aw0.jpg

After trying to refresh, I get this:

chrome2_zpsi4pfkqng.jpg

If click "Kill pages" in Chrome, and refresh, I get again what you see in the first ss, the "oops" error. If I click on "Wait", nothing happens but endless loading.

If no one here can help, please direct me to someone who can. Thank you.

I'm having the same issue just without the crash messages. I've also tried multiple computers and I can login with other accounts without an issue. Has anyone heard a fix for this yet?
