 So, I know I have seen a lot of people ticked over not being able to unlock this achievement, myself included. So before the ranting and raving  set in I did a search online for possible ways to get around it. The most promising said if you kill the 10 dragons in one game, start a new game and play until you can kill a dragon and it will unlock. However, for those of you who already have other characters your in luck. After you kill the 10 dragons on any character, just load up your other character and go kill any dragon and it will unlock. No need to start over. However, if you don't have another character, then you will need to start over and work your way up to killing a dragon. Also, I know it works for both xbox one and xbox 360 as I did it on both of them, but do not have any other system to try it on, nor do I know anyone who does to see if they could test it.

 

Anyway, I knew this glitch irked a lot of people and I wanted to share that it can be unlocked.

 

 

Also, if you have the game downloaded from buying it on xbox one you can actually glitch it into opening for anyone who kills any dragon whether they have killed 10 or not.

Log into the game owner on xbox one (this person must have killed 10 dragons) and then log into your profile next. Load up the game and kill a dragon and boom it unlocks. I know it works because both of my daughters had it happen (which is how we found out the glitch worked actually by accident) after I killed the 10 on my profile.

Ok but I have done exactly that on 360 and still no achievement. I killed all 10 with my first character and I've killed many dragons with other characters...still...no achievement *shrugs*

Aww well that totally sucks. I did it first on the xbox one and then on my other 360 account (one not used for bioware). I am considering switching to my main 360 account and deleting the other one, so I'll have to see if it works again for me or not.

I got the achievement before I ever went to the Emprise du Lion. My beast guess is that it unlocked when I killed 10 dragons total. At the time, I had about 3 different character that I played on, and I killed a few dragons on each. To this day, I still have not killed all 10 on a single character.

Just play a second time and kill one more dragon.

reloading an old save and killing the last dragon again unlocked the achievment for me on xbone.
