As implied in the title, I'm playing a Qunari warrior for my first playthrough, but I'm quickly realizing that Qunari don't have as wide of a selection of armors compared to humans, dwarves and elves. Qunari can't wear helmets (which is a shame because some of them are really cool) either, so I'm a bit stuck as to what to wear. I'm approximately ten hours in, having cleared out the Hinterlands to the best of my ability and only just arriving to Val Royeaux.

Are there any armors that look cool but work for a Qunari warrior? Pictures would be appreciated.

I would like to know as well. I'm planning on playing as a Qunari on my fourth playthrough.

Yeah, the lack of armor variety is sort of whats keeping me from doing a Qunari right now too

Some of the Qunari vitaar face paints are actually pretty good looking if you have them visible.

Unfortunately most of the generic armors (those that Qunari can equip) are rather bland in appearance.

There is Masterwork Vanguard armor (142 Armor rating, comes with mods) that you can get from the leader of the mercenaries in  the mercenaries fortress in the hinterlands in the beginning of the game. I suggest being at least level 7 to 8 before trying to get it. Basically  as a Qunari we are restricted to mostly Vanguard armor.

I think the only difference between armors is for the head, so like if you make the vanguard armor you will have a trechcoat over mail

My Qunari rogue was stuck with the same trenchcoat until near the end of the game when I found another nearly identical trenchcoat but with different shoulder pads, ooooh. Qunari don't have any armors just for them, expect their equipment options to be as expansive as their hair options.

Turns out I was super lucky that I dug the armored trench coat look as if you don't then sucks to be you.

Kinda made me feel like I was playing shadow run medieval edition.

I've come across the mercenary coat style armor, the usual big warrior armor, the coat with a higher trim level, and the coat with the flap at the back.

For crying out loud, if they could just give us Iron Bull's armor style...

Also, the no helms for the Qunari, not a big deal. A lot of the mage/rogue helms look terrible anyways, just turn them off so you don't have to look at your companions in some awful cowboy hat, or dorky peter pan hat which don't properly incorporate the character's hair, it's just bad graphics.
