Ok this is really, really annoying and sometimes it throws me off when I'm browsing my skill tree and I see a skill with mana cost: 0. I'm like, wow, this spell is awesome... oh wait... i have mana surge active 
and it affects EVERY tooltip in the character skill tree to show mana cost: 0.

Oh and get this, if your active hero has mana surge , ALL tooltips even your companions who dont have mana surge will show the cost as 0.
