Warden's keep download stuck at 0%

I am having major problems too, I purchased the Wardens Keep and it was stuck at 0% for a couple of hours, refreshed the download cache and saw that my points were used and but my original purchase lost. Got impatient waiting for an answer from customer services so bought some more points and tried purchasing the Stone Prisoner.....again stuck at 0%. I don't know if it is my firewall stopping it but I can't find any advice on the internet to help. Anyone know of a solution?

One possible solution is to run the Dragon Age Luancher and click on the Configure button which will open the configuration utility. Click on the Repair link on the left side. Click the Clear Download Cache button. This will remove any downloads that have hung and force them to restart (hopefully fixing the problem).

Thanks for your very quick response, I will give it another go but that was what I tried on the Wardens Keep download, to no effect. I will try it one more time.

Still can't download and after 4 days I am not getting any answers from customer services. Is this a common problem that they are getting deluged with queries?
Supposedly 48 hours is the average wait time as the launch has been such a success, success as in they have sold a lot.... but can't handle the volume of queries about problems? Even a holding response would make me feel better as at least I would know it was in a queue and not fallen off the radar.
As frustrating as it is I am enjoying the game but this experience is certainly tarnishing it somewhat.

I am in the same boat. I tried downloading Warden's Keep (after I finally figured out it had to be done through the active game and not the website, thank you clear instructions) and it never got past 0%. Now it is not even in the downloading tab. I've subscribed to this thread; let's keep the ideas rolling. If I find anything out or get something to work, I will let you know.
One question, did you do the patch on the game (making it 1.02 if I remember correctly)? I did notice in the corner of the download screen (and this is from memory) something along the lines of "This expansion is for DAO v 1.0" Perhaps this is what is causing problems?
