Just wondering if anyone has a link to a website with the eyebrow modding info?

It's a complexion mod by Shantia. It will replace some of the complexions, so you will have to make a new character without eyebrows (eyebrow option 1). This also means that NPCs/previous characters that used those complexions will have double eyebrows. It's not that big of an issue tbh.
