Not really. Akatosh and Lorkhan are an ouroborus. The Dragonborn is a Shezzarine the reflection and exact opposite of Alduin. One gets power from the souls of Dragons and want to preserve the Kalpa. The other gets power from the soul of men and wants to end the Kalpa to start a new one.

 

It's basically the split personalities of one god at war with himself.
