When is the 3rd patch coming out for the PS4 and will it fix the Cullen glitch?  This glitch really sucks and I've tried everything.

• In Inquisition, an Inquisition agent in Cullen's office in Skyhold will tell the Inquisitor that Cullen has gone to speak with Cassandra. However, if the Inquisitor has completed Sera's unmarked "prank" quest prior to this conversation, the Inquisitor cannot interact with this agent. This will render it impossible to find Cullen (which is otherwise accomplished by clicking on Cassandra), and he will never return to his office. Any further interaction with him becomes impossible, as does the completion of his questline. (Problem still goes on.)

How is fixing some common bugs, like the banter bug, garbage?

 

I thought that was the point of Patches to fix things that are affecting the greatest number of players.

 

They have also changed the PC controls.

Probably some people wish that they remade DAO and DA2's strategy system, remade the whole combat system from scratch, etc.

Well its for PC only for one.. the console players will have to wait... why people are still upset could be do to such a short patch list after waiting for over a month with no words for bioware.
