Don't know where to put this but wondering what's best to use the ingame settings for tesselation and anisotropic filtering or the Catalyst Control Center ones?

Well I'm wanting to get the best graphics XD
My system;
CPU: FX 8350 @ 4.5GHz
RAM: 8GB DDR3 1600Mhz
GPU: MSI R9 280X 3G
