You played well rabbit but you lost.

Your death today will lead to years of stability.

o.o

This is still better than Celene/Briala or Celene alone so don't feel too proud.

I'm not proud but I am certain.

Gaspard will accomplish much.

Ironic considering Gaspard's ending outright says that the Inquisition is the only thing that keeps his opponents from outright rebelling but even then a rebellion seems more and more likely. Celene's endings where Gaspard and/or Briala aren't opposing her lead to peace and no rebellions from the Orlesians themselves.

How?Your arguments are weak.

Celene and Briala clearly lead to a stable nation with diplomatic alliances, internal prosperity and flourishing ecnonomy and a ruler who strives to reach cultural revolution. And most importantly PORTALS, PORTALS MAN!

I don't argue with biased circle jerks who fabricate 'truths' so that they can justify selling their mothers for the 'greater good'.

Obviously I didn't know what I was starting when I started this thread. I've made up my mind to try for Celene/Briala this playthrough. Please continue.

So you have no counterpoints and simply answer rebuttals with "you are biased. I'm not answering you." You can't justify why we're wrong except with "you're biased and therefore wrong." You've made points that nobody ever claimed like Celene supporters only helping her since she's gay or making stuff up such as Celene invading Ferelden despite there being zero evidence this occurs. Shows that you just can't handle when evidence clearly goes against what you support.

Gaspard supporters just can't handle that others don't want a warmonger who kills anyone who doesn't support him as a ruler. Good on you for choosing Celene. You made the right choice.

The choice is yours, but something I would say is, that at least Anora had a bit more of dignity then Briala. She refuses to marry her father murderer. Briala just swallows that and goes back to Celene.

That remains my grip with the relationship. How can that ever become healthy again?

How can you live beign in a relationship with a person knowing that they killed your parents for personal gain.

Why would I compare Anora's actions to Briala's? They're different people.

edited to add that my IQ probably doesn't know the details of what went down at a Ferelden Landsmeet 10+ years ago, nor what could have happened in all the alternate realities.

Why cares if it's healthy? I'm not going in as a relationship counselor.

Celene's and Gaspard's epilogue where they both rule alone have the exact same tone.

First we are told they rule unopposed, then that they rely on the Inquisition's support.

Different people in similar situations. It's sick to make someone to back into an relationship with an person who murdered their own parents. Put yourself into that situation. How would YOU feel if someone you were in an relationship with murdered your parents for their benefit? Would you happly jump back in their arms?

I know why, but I'd probably get banned for being honest.

It's not my decision, it's Briala's. So again, why do I care?

Wrong, first off, Gaspard's ending says that the reason rebellions aren't occurring are because his opponents are afraid of the Inquisition but the ending then says that it's only a matter of time before they've had enough and will rebel against Gaspard.

If Celene rules alone, Celene doesn't need the Inquisition but will continue to support it as both benefit. Look at it.

Because Gaspard supporters rely on metagaming and don't know the concept of role-playing.

I choose Celene and Briala because I want them to work together for the betterment of Orlais. Everything else is their decision. I mean, we don't really force them to have an intimate relationship again. If Briala can forgive Celene...why should my inquisitor object? The empress didn't kill her parents.

Even if I did know, I still wouldn't care. I'm the Inquisitor and I'm there to get support for the Inquisition. I'm not there to help Celene and Briala work through their private life.
