Imagine 4 archers' death mark boom one after another, thats 2x2x2x2=16 times of dmg in that 10 sec, then team do 6.25% hp dmg, and then trigger the death mark one after another, would the boss die?
would Death mark stack?

I have no idea if it stacks or not but, in all honesty it's already a beast skill. Stacking DMs would just approach epic levels of brokenness .

Yes, Mark of Deaths stack. It takes some coordination but you can have 4 archers pop them sequentially for massive damage.
