Imagine we'll have to collect the following items in ME4:
Asari Shards: 0/20;
Turian Shards: 0/15
Prothean Shards: 0/10
...
Oh wait... didn't they do this in ME1?
Maybe this time we 'll be able to use these Shards to open doors in some Prothean ruins and increase our passives.
As a Coop game, it sucks. Period. There is just too few coop elements and maps should be bigger.
Now, as a TPS, it's magnificent. It has the best cover system I have seen in the genre. Weapon selection is good, but little too bloated. Enemies are mediocre at best. Needs more variety on that department.
If a games maps aren't a certain size then it will suck as a co-op game???

Unfortunately this probably won't happen. I'm almost certain our favorite little volus won't be able to shower us in obscure tidbits this time around. We'll just have to wait. Of course, you never know....

Prepare ME 4 disappointment 2016. Ok, got it.
This was the first MP game I ever played. Since then, I've tried 3 others, but this is the one I come back to and enjoy playing. If they can improve on it in ME4 (and the bar is now high), I can't wait... until then, ME3 is still good to go.

It received praise from being a surprisingly good "slap-on" multiplayer. It was never meant to be complete MP experience, but rather an experiment.

Well i hope they take their time to deilver a good next Mass Effect -> The Universe is Big with alot of Places to go :-)

I just hope they dont give us a poor Console port. My Hopes are high here since Bioware was always a good support for PC Gamers -> "Thumbs Up" to Bioware !

If it comes with a s***load of Micro-Transactions, i will go berserk on this !
I am sick of Games that are "Pay to Win" (or Pay to Advance) -> Looking at you there EA !
That Micro-payment stuff has to stop.
I am verry hyped for the next Mass Effect but i won't preorder it, because thats also something that is encouraging Companies to stick to Timelines more than Quality, and this has to stop, looking back at 2014 we alot Games that where not finished (or poor perfoming), but still got put out on the Market.
And we where the Beta-Testers for them.
Sure this is a Rant of some kind, but we have Control over our Money, not the People we are (maybe) buying from.
But, yes i like the idea that the next Mass Effect will be big and diverse and so on, so please take your time to develop this Game in a fashion so you can say to yourself "This is something i made and i am proud of the result !".
A good game (without the Customers been s*** on) will always sell better than a half done crappy one that gives your Financial-Department a hard on when looking at the theoretical income of Micro-Transactions and preorders.
But thats my opionion on this, and i am sure some People will disagree (or even argue with me), but thats ok because opinions are different and diverse like the next Mass Effect will be (maybe).

Not to be rude but many including the mods stopped caring about that a long time ago. Most if not all who's been here since launch have done this on multiple counts. I've kinda lost nearly all faith in AAA titles lately; I'm already sort of expecting ME4 on PC to be a half-arsed console port, with dumbed-down gameplay and rammed full of bugs, shoddy UI and second rate graphics.
I have just backed Shadowrun: Hong Kong on Kickstarter though and Pillars of Eternity looks promising.
I've kinda lost nearly all faith in AAA titles lately; I'm already sort of expecting ME4 on PC to be a half-arsed console port, with dumbed-down gameplay and rammed full of bugs, shoddy UI and second rate graphics.
I have just backed Shadowrun: Hong Kong on Kickstarter though and Pillars of Eternity looks promising.
ME4 will be the best game ever, you just need to have faith. A years worth of hype and excitement is a much better feeling than 30 minutes of sadness if the game is indeed disappointing.

Did you play the beta? I found it to be fun....definitely had that Baldur's Gate/Icewind Dale feel to it.
