I saw it. in game i seem to be conected to the cerebus network just fine, but trying to download the firewalker pack and it wants me to enter the code. but i did this ages ago. Assuming this is the same problem as i cant find help anywhere.
{edit) scratch all that.... if anyone else feels they have this problem, select [profile] from the left menu then [registered game promotions]
because looking for dlc under mass effect 2/ dlc is just daft.
